In particular, Ms. Mimi has incredibly good hands, providing deep relaxation and a refreshing experience. Besides the outstanding quality, the pricing is also very reasonable, making it well worth the experience. I drove an hour to this place just to give it a shot and it was an OK experience. Yes the staff is very friendly. I paid for a scrub and for the pamper package and 2 1/2 hours later and my face is burning. I’m breaking out whatever products they use for your facial. I will try to avoid that I just paid $250 last week for a facial and I was not aware that they were going to soak my face in oil and Expired products. I have a rash all over my face now it’s breaking out and I haven’t even left the facility not even 20 minutes ago. My scalp is burning. It feels like they put a blow dryer on the center of my scalp for like 30 minutes not the best experience. I think I could’ve just been good with a scrub, but my whole body feels sticky. They did their best. The lady was really nice. It’s not her fault that they have bad products. I try to be careful with what I put in my head as far as shampoos and other type of products and I could definitely tell that they don’t not use good quality products And now I’m paying for the price.

My mom and I came together for the Essentials Package and loved every minute. We felt entirely pampered, and soooo relaxed. The staff were so kind and took such good care of us. It was everything we hoped for and helped us reset and refresh after a stressful month. We will definitely be back!

I chose this place based on reviews and price. Overall the experience was just okay. I did the 80 min Pamper package If you are looking for an actual scalp cleaning and treatment this isn’t it. This is more of a massage with hair wash. It was also hard to relax because of noise of hair dryers and people talking

I came to OC Scalp Spa yesterday (February 22) with my friends and decided to give it a try for this new place. But overall the service was terrible, and the receptionist guy asked me to wait about 5~10 minutes. And I waited about more than 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. And the lady worker who did my hair doesn’t even understand what I was saying when I requested to add on 15 minutes extra foot massage. I concerned they couldn’t understand English at all. How does it make sense? Like if you couldn’t understand English, then you should go home and learn or take an ESL course to improve more. If I could give a 0 star, I would definitely do it.

Amazing experience!! Tracy made my experience so relaxing and refreshing. My scalp has never felt better. I am definitely coming back and requesting Tracy again. This establishment is very clean and professional as well 🩷
