My boyfriend and I went in for a couple’s massage today and it was such a lovely experience. Customer service was fantastic, everyone was super nice, and the place was clean- and, of course, the massage itself was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be going back and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a spa experience!

My boyfriend got me a spa package here for my birthday. We have had couples massages at other spas in VB, and this is by far the best experience I have had. The Spa is very upscale and priced reasonably enough that we plan to come back more often! The building looks small from the outside but is very spacious and nicely designed on the inside which is a surprise.Be sure to ask for Lelly. She must have super powers because her deep tissue massage is the best i have ever had. Loved this place!

My husband and I celebrated 8 years of marriage by getting a couples massage. It was my husband's first massage and I've had many. We got the deep tissue and I have to say, this was the best massage I've ever had! If only we didn't live 3 and a half hours away! But when we come back to VA Beach, I will definitely be back!

After a Swedish massage and a hot stone massage, I enjoyed a wonderful restful and relaxing time at in the sauna followed by the sugar scrub wash! My body is so relaxed and my skin feels so soft! Highly recommend oasis spa to anyone and everyone looking for a nice relaxing And rejuvenating spa experience! Allie was amazing!!! My facial left my skin glowing and softer than usual!! I have used different Spas in the area before but Oasis is truly top notch!!! I will for sure be going back again and taking my daughters with me too!!!

My husband called 5 days in advance to schedule a Valentines couples massage that was on special. He booked for today at 4pm. We called to confirm our reservation to make sure it was at 4 and not 4:30.. and Ellie answered the phone telling us that they don’t have him on the reservation list.. and we can “come in at 4 still but it’s busy and we might have to wait.” We drove 8 hours for this weekend trip and this was something special he had planned for me. He made sure to reserve it ahead of time. Ellie told us the manager would call us back and it’s now 3:15. No call. No communication whatsoever. Thank GOD they didn’t already charge his card the $300 he was expecting to pay because we can use it elsewhere and actually enjoy our time. EDIT: they called us at 4:01 asking if we had a reservation at 4:00.. and if we wanted to reschedule. No thank you. We will take our business elsewhere. YIKES.

The whole experience was awkward and we definitely won’t be back. We made an appointment for a couples massage but they weren’t available expecting us and asked what we wanted. When I handed them my card they said “oh, our internet is slow. You can use the ATM.” She gave us no receipt. The massage itself wasn’t bad but they kept opening the door. When we turned over, they did nothing to give us privacy. They talked through the entire thing. We went to leave and they stopped us and asked if we wanted to tip them. My husband said he didn’t have anymore cash so they motioned to the ATM and said we could get some there. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience! Very friendly staff. Affordable and felt high-end. Went today for the “Bloom in Spring” 120min package with my cousin and we both left feeling very relaxed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place

I got an ultimate spa package from Allie today at Oasis Spa. It was hands down the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The massage and hot stones were so relaxing-and the spa room was amazing! It did not feel rushed and Allie was so great and also so kind. I would 100% recommend Oasis…and request Allie!
