I was visiting from California and had the most amazing experience at Nuansa Spa! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. They even picked me up from the elevator, which made the experience more personable. One detail that really stood out was the fresh flowers in the bathroom, it added such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. My treatment was incredible and my therapist was highly skilled. She made sure the service was to my liking, from the aromatherapy to the soothing music, everything was carefully curated. Oh and the chocolates they offered WITH a glass of champagne was definitely the cherry on top. I highly recommend, 10/10.

I had a great experience with Nuansa Spa, and it all started with their exceptional customer service. Initially, I was a bit sad because the concierge team informed me that the time I wanted for my service was fully booked. However, the very next day, they followed up with a call to let me know that someone had canceled and asked if I was still interested in coming. This thoughtful gesture truly showed their dedication to accommodating their clients and ensuring a great experience. Once I arrived, the service exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, providing the perfect setting to unwind. My treatment was absolutely wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. The cost here is very reasonable, comparing to other luxurious treatment in Manhattan. I’ve been to many other places , but the service here exceeds other places. I love deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure and they provided me with the exact what I needed. It’s rare to find such great service while great cost these days, I highly recommend Nuansa Spa and can’t wait to return for another visit!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and spa was spotless, with a calm, serene atmosphere that immediately helped me unwind. My massage therapist, Naru, was amazing. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

service: 5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 value: 5/5 On a girls trip to NY and my sister booked this place for a massage. We were able to secure an appointment a few days before and excited to try it out. After we found the spa (it’s a bit hidden and in between two large department store with no sign out front), you take an elevator to the 3rd(?) floor and you are there at the spa. The staff was very welcoming when we walked in and you could feel a sense of tranquility with the lighting and relaxing music - it helped set the mood! The facility was nice and there were several rooms available - I was surprised at the size! After we took our shoes off and swapped them for slippers, we were escorted to the changing rooms. There is one bathroom and one shower, and about 10 lockers for you to store your personal items. We got changed and went to the waiting room where we were given water and there were snacks to take. The masseuses were quick to meet us and took us back to the rooms to begin the massage. Overall, the massage was great! I was able to relax and the masseuse was good at working out a lot of knots that I had while using the right amount of pressure. After the massage was done, I was escorted back to the changing to get ready again. My only complaint is the value of the experience. Usually in other spas, there are other things you can do like the steam or heat room where you can stay for however long you want to relax and there is no rush. I felt a little like once the massage was done that it was time to leave and you couldn’t really sit and relax for a bit. I probably wouldn’t go back - nothing wrong with the service, just not worth the price.

I had an hour massage and an hour facial. The massage is amazing. They gave me the right pressure. And the facial was very relaxing. The overall service is very nice and very professional. The bathroom is cleaned and organized. I was so relaxed after.

I had a wonderful experience at Nuansa! I was in town for a work trip and had a bit of time to decompress before my travel home and so I booked an hourlong facial and two hour deep tissue massage. My therapist did a beautiful job with the custom facial, which left my skin completely glowing, and was attentive and thorough with my massage. The whole experience felt private, bespoke, and comfortable — with nice amenities and a very serene atmosphere from the moment I checked in. I’m in New York frequently for work and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Please avoid at all costs. I've gotten many deep tissue massages before at other places, so I’m familiar with what deep tissues massages are usually like. However, my masseuse was bruising my bones and pushing down on bone instead of muscles, even though I expressed to her that I was in pain. She also only massaged the left side of my back and didn’t massaged the right side so the massage was completely uneven. I also pointed this out during the massage but she moved on to massage my legs instead of massaging the other side. I wanted to wait it out after my massage to see if things would be better but after getting back home today, I have bruising all over the left side of my back and my back actually hurts more than it did before coming in. From experience, some bruising is normal after deep tissue massages but not like this. I can't sleep properly on my back since my shoulder blades are so bruised. For a 60 minute massage that cost $200+ (including tip), this is horrible. I've gotten $50 massages in the past that have given me some relief, but this is the first place I've ever gone to that has actually caused pain. Please avoid at all costs

Came in yesterday to see Kimmy for a Vitamin C facial and I was SO delighted at my entire experience at Nuansa Spa. My friend is one of her regulars, and she recommended I see her for my facials especially for extractions. The receptionist was able to book me with her on the same day which was wonderful! As soon as you step off the elevator you are welcomed and made to feel like royalty, this was such a nice touch. The facility is nothing short of spectacular, and I could definitely say the same about the service. Kimmy was so professional, so thorough and so caring with my facial. She cleared every breakout on my face and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Talk about NEXT LEVEL! I will definitely be revisiting and recommending to my entire friend group!
