I have been going to Nu Essence for close to 10 years. I have never had any bad experiences except for this past year. Apparently they had double booked our couples massage and when they called to tell us they never offered to reschedule or help us out in any way. Even though it was scheduled months in advance and for our 10 year anniversary. They have also done away with the point system and I was never made aware. I had at least 2 free 30 min sessions that were lost due to this. Lastly they have also done away with the free 30 min session with a purchase of an hour session for your birthday week. I had called 1-2 months out to make our birthdays massages and I asked multiple times if they still do the birthday specials and I was told they did. When we went to pay we were told they do not do it anymore and they couldn’t honor it. They did give us 20% off but it was still way more than what we intended on paying. I guess they are under new management and that is why these things happened to us. I just wish there was more communication and accommodations for those of us that have been loyal to them for years. But on the other hand the staff has always been nice and welcoming. We have never had any issues with the staff being courteous.

I've been coming to Nu Essence for years and have always enjoyed it. The atmosphere, the services, and the care is perfect. I had the pleasure of having Lydia as my masseuse this time and I would recommend her over and over again. She was FANTASTIC. She really listened to my body, giving my stress and tension the attention it needed. She recommended things to do at home to further help. Thank you Lydia!!

Unforgettable Massage Experience with Alisha💜💜💜 I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Alisha at Nu Essence, and it was truly the best massage I've ever had. Alisha's expertise is evident from the moment you meet her. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint and work out every tension point, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I wanted to update my review to reflect such a positive experience. The owner had reached out to me and gave a complimentary massage. Lydia did an amazing job on a deep tissue massage. Thank you Adam and Nu Essence Spa for a great experience. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage for my birthday in October, and it was the worst massage I’ve had. When I checked out, I reported my concerns of not getting a deep tissue massage at all, no massage on my shoulders or arms. I have tight neck and shoulder muscles and hardly any time spent in these areas. The receptionist told me “we’ve had complaints “ on this massage therapist before. She gave me a 20% discount , on a service I never received. The manager called me and apologized and said the therapist would have training on the deep tissue massage and offered me a 20% discount on another massage. I declined and said I never received the massage I paid for the first time. He asked if he could have the owners get in touch with me and I said- yes. I have not heard from anyone. Probably won’t be coming back.

Came in today for a Swedish massage and a hydrating facial. First time at this spa. Had the best experience with all of the staff and technicians. Very clean and zen atmosphere. The masseuse, Katerina, was very accommodating to pressure preference and made me feel very comfortable. The esthetician, Rachelle, did a fantastic job; my face is absolutely glowing! Highly recommend this spa to anyone wanting a high-end experience at an affordable cost!

When you walk in the front desk is very polite and professional and it is genuine!! You are assisted immediately and taken to the dressing room. Once changed and ready you can relax in the waiting room for your appointment and my massage therapist is the best!!! Friendly, polite and professional. They all go above and beyond to meet your expectations and in my opinion it is MISSION ACCOMPLISHED 💪

Had appointments for a couples massage for my birthday. We were coming from over an hour away and ran into bad traffic. Called them numerous times from 10:15 to 11 with no answer we even left a voicemail with no return call from them. Instead our massage therapist walked out as we walked in and were told by the front desk we couldn’t get our massages. Had they answered the phone or listened to our voicemail we either wouldn’t have wasted our time driving this far or possibly they wouldn’t have had the massage therapist leave. We would have tipped well as we understand their time is valuable but we will never be back
