Had a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend if you want a nice, calm, and relaxing spa session. The tea and treats in between added a nice touch to the experience. Staff was kind and helpful. Prices are competitive. I appreciate that you can also book a couples session in the same room.

This place is a hidden gem!! Open for just four months and is absolutely fabulous. I even saved $20 with the Valentine’s Day discount online! I arrived early in case there was extra paperwork and they did not make me wait for my appointment time to start. I had the Nova Ultimate and it by far exceeded my expectations. I was able to choose the aromatherapy to use by smelling their variety. Tina was absolutely fantastic. I’m not sure how I could fall asleep while getting a face and scalp massage but I did. Perfect atmosphere and water temperature. A different head spa I tried takes about 20 minutes just going through questions during your spa time. Here they just get straight to your session. Also included in the price is a hair dry which usually is extra. Not only do was the jasmine tea the perfect temperature so I could enjoy it at the same time as the fresh berries, they also give the cutest panda shaped dessert. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends. This is a must for a relaxing two portion of your day!!

Booked a head spa treatment for my daughters 15th birthday. She really enjoyed her time. Our technician was very kind & friendly. The building is clean , comfortable & very relaxing. We will definitely book again!

This was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. The therapist was incredibly skilled and intuitive, applying just the right amount of pressure to release deep tension. The environment was peaceful and grounding, and I left feeling noticeably lighter, both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a massage that’s both therapeutic and deeply restorative, I highly recommend this experience.

Today was my first visit at Nova Head Spa and it was magical! As a mom and teacher needing some (overdue) self-care, I selected the Nova Signature package. I was paired up with Tina for this experience and she did an AMAZING job! Don’t let her petite size fool you though, she is strong. And her strength didn’t fade through the whole 1 hr and 25 mins. On the initial form they ask how strong you would like your massage (from 1-5). I naively put 3-4. Next time I will probably put 2-3, but that’s literally the only thing I would have changed. It was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed! I also inquired about what shampoo they used because my hair has never felt softer in my life. I was shown a bottle of Oribe but was told they aren’t selling it *yet*. Victoria, at the front desk, was so sweet and helpful with all my questions. After I inquired about ways I could support their business - hence me writing this review - I was shown some new full body massaging beds they will be starting to use in the near future. I told them I couldn’t wait to bring my friends and family in there! I’ll definitely be going back!

I went to visit relatives and found a head massage shop nearby. It was my first time to experience it. The massage techniques and acupoints were very good. I was very satisfied with the service attitude. The environment was also beautiful and comfortable. I will patronize it again!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease right away. The scalp treatment was pure bliss! The gentle massage, deep cleansing, and nourishing products left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair softer than ever. I could feel the tension melting away as they worked their magic. It was the perfect self-care treat! If you’re looking for a luxurious, stress-relieving experience, I highly recommend it here. I can’t wait for my next visit!
