“” Nightmare Customer Service @ Front Desk “ The massage human was excellent. The front desk woman, Isabella , was not the friendliest . With choices to spend money everything should be on point. The customer service was not . Upon walking in , I was able to book a service . I approached the customer service agent , she didn’t not even say, hello . However, I still gave the place a shot . Since the service was excellent from the masseuse. They close, at 9pm and it was not 6pm. I asked if I could get an added scalp message; she said “no “. Because, I stepped out of the message area . ( I felt like stepping my foot back in , that’s how close I was to being back in, physically literally . ) I even offered to pay full, price, not the add on service . She still said“ no “. No customer service flexibility to accommodate the customer, yikes 😬 ! She whispered basically when she spoke . I had to pull my head near her mouth to hear her . I speak assertively and with volume so you can hear me . She told me to lower my voice . ( I was out of massage area when I spoke . Because I understand it’s a Spa 🧖‍♀️ and you want to respect the relaxation vibe.) I found this offensive because this is how I talk . I also feel it was culturally insensitive. I also only spoke to pay for , my service, and leave a $30 tip cash for my message human. Because , he was excellent . She also was rushing me out . I did not feel welcomed . I was made to feel uncomfortable . This customer service experience dimmed my light on the great message. , I definitely will not be returning here. This kind of customer service, is what nightmares are made of.

First time here. 60 minute reflexology session. Reception area has staff and seating to change into the provided sanitized slippers. Beautiful and clean space. The room has a door and 2 beds so my friend and I could be together. Hooks for clothing. While my feet were soaking my head, neck arms and hands were massaged. Then my calves and feet. Then my back and legs. Total body treatment. Well done. Very pleased. Looking forward to another visit.

My experience in here was incredibly relaxing and truly great. Even though I didn't catch my masseuse's name, they provided exceptional service. I believe Isabelle was the only name I learned. Her kindness and professionalism truly made for a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

It was a really relaxing experience for me and my wife doing the 90 mins body and foot massage. We got a private room for us two and our massagers. It was quiet and covered fragrance from mixed herbs. The hot stone massage was impressive and woke up my body.

I like the hard pressure, my husband like light pressure!They both did it great with following our requirements! Super relaxed! So professional and clean environment! We both like it!Definitely would back again !

My husband and I usually go to their location in Salem but we were in the neighborhood and decided to visit. The spa is lovely, the technicians are skilled and the price is right. Overall, a great experience.

I love both their foot reflexology and asian body treatment for the unbeatable price,great service, and spotless environment! A true hidden gem in Newton highlands - highly recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing & pampering massage!

Fantastic experience for the price. Friendly service and all the knots were pushed out. Highly recommended here, since we don’t have to go all the way to Brookline now.
