My 1 PM appointment on October 29, 2024, was canceled due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The process was incredibly frustrating, and I believe the company should compensate for the time wasted during this ordeal. Strong customer support is essential, and sadly, this experience didn’t meet those standards. Please avoid this place.

10/10 experience. On time, great value, felt amazing, still feels amazing (24 hrs after service). Haven’t had such a good scalp cleansing since memories of my mom washing my hair as a kid. Pricing on par with international and local rates for this service - except waaay better value having someone who knows how to treat textured hair. Can’t imagine how matted my hair would be at any other place. So glad I finally booked and excited for future appointments! Excellent service and experience.

OMG!!! This place is absolutely amazing. I never knew I needed this experience. My stylist Brittany was over the top exceptional. When you walk in the building it’s relaxing with the smell of the soothing essential oils. The education, relaxation, and peace of mind I received today is top tier. I Love Dabs she was excellent she have great customer service and I love my inclusion crochect braids if anyone suffering with alopecia and want to get crochect braids don't look no further I will be a returning customer 😊

My original appointment was canceled and pushed back 4 days, by the owner Dabs, even though I booked it almost 3 weeks before. However, I only found out, the day before after I called to confirm. When I arrived, on time, Dabs was not there. She texted and said her assistant would begin my services with a shampoo and she would be there shortly. My hair was cleansed with Sally's generic Paul Mitchell shampoo and a conditioner. I could have done that myself at home. Why am I paying a professional for that? After this, I didn't get the scalp analysis service that I thought I was going to get with Dabs. Possibly because she forgot or was overbooked. She took over after her assistant and began the hair extension service after the shampoo but bounced between me and 2 other ladies. The assistant filled in. The bottom line is, I felt like a number in an assembly line and left after paying hundreds of dollars with horrible hair extensions and horrible customer service. The service was impersonal and the owner blamed me and said it looked awful because I asked her to straighten and curl the extensions instead of leaving them wet and wavy. She then defended her terrible install. My hair looked terrible both ways. All I wanted was for her to take accountability for her wrongs and offer a solution. I would have never left this real experience review if she did and acted like she cared more about me as a person than about how many people she can do at one time for the dollar. I was prepared to spend a lot more for attentiveness and quality.

My experience here was outstanding. I was very pleased and impressed with the styling and ambiance of the location. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind. My hair technician was also kind, patient and descriptive during my appointment. Robes, cloth protector and slippers are provided for clients. I felt as if I was in a spa during the hair care portion. I was equipped with an eye mask, oils, andoffered the choice of add-ons like face mask, neck massage, etc. I am not sure of all of the technology used during the treatment, but they felt divine and my hair, which they show a before and after, turned out really well washed and cleaned. I really enjoyed my expeience. First of a kind and will not be the last.

The service is absolutely amazing. If you walk in feeling BLAH by the time you leave you feel like a new person. When you sit in the shanpoo chair and start your beauty pampering, then move to the heat treatment with a mask on your hair follicles from there, you then move to the massage table where you’re lying down With a weighted blanket covering you a mask on your eyes and the beautician massaging your scalp for 30 minutes and also still treating your hair follicles when that step is over with, you’re on to the scalp treatment again and it is so wonderful that when your time is over and you have to leave you really don’t feel like leaving you want The process to start all over again take my word for it try NHCG you’ll not regret it at all . When you leave, you’ll feel like a pampered Queen.
