New Serenity Spa - Facial and Massage in Scottsdale

Had a 60 min massage and a well needed hydrofacial. This place is not just affordable compared to other spas in the area but the customer service and care is impeccable. Candy was my masseuse and I received the best scalp massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. She does something different. I don’t know what it is but your head feels amazing afterwards. I fell asleep after the scalp massage and didn’t wake up again until she was done. My aesthetician, Alicia (pictured) was amazing. It had been years since I had a facial and I had so many questions and she patiently took the time to answer them and gave me an awesome hydrofacial. My face feels amazing!

I wish I had the same experience some of these other reviewers had, unfortunately that was not the case. The expectations were high, and they did not deliver. 1. I booked a 'deep tissue' massage. I was never asked what kind of pressure I preferred, and at no point during the session was I asked if it felt good or not. 2. I was placed in a 2-person room, alone. It was spacious, but felt awkward and not really private as was expected. 3. The masseuse kept telling me I should be getting a few massages weekly to care for my issues. It felt pushy and unprofessional. 4. After the appointment I got a follow-up text asking how it was, I submitted my feedback and there was no response or acknowledgement. I was there to relax, not be upsold. It felt impersonal and generic. It felt pushy and unprofessional. The massage was not bad, it was just a disappointment. It has been a few weeks since my visit, and I still look back with regret. The service fell short. This is not a place I'd return to or recommend.

Do NOT Miss out folks...DO THIS FOR YOU! You are WORTH it. My experience at New Serenity Spa in Scottsdale was beyond words. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a cocoon of relaxation and luxury. Every aspect of my visit was meticulously crafted to provide the utmost pampering and rejuvenation and Milla (front desk) was MARVELOUS!!!! Milla...you are beautiful and your professionalism and kindness was bar none my friend. Firstly, the facial by Jewels was nothing short of transformative. Her expertise and gentle touch left my skin glowing and radiant. I felt like a new person as she skillfully addressed my skincare concerns with personalized attention. Next, the nurturing massage by Liz was a dream. Her intuitive hands seemed to melt away all the tension and stress I had been carrying. Each stroke was like a symphony of relief, leaving me in a state of pure bliss and tranquility. And let's not forget the stellar body wrap by Lupe. It was a truly indulgent experience, as she expertly applied luxurious products that left my skin feeling silky smooth and deeply nourished. The attention to detail and care she exhibited were second to none. Overall, my day at New Serenity Spa was nothing short of magical. It was a journey of self-care and relaxation that surpassed all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and utterly pampered. I cannot recommend this spa highly enough for anyone seeking a truly extraordinary wellness experience. Libna gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage. My little aches, pains and muscle spasms are way better! Also, really like the facility. Very nicely appointed. Returning next month!

I was gifted a romantic couples massage for my birthday and my fiance and I were blown away. We had Sisi and Victoria and they did an amazing job. We let them know about our horrible past massage experience and they both catered to our needs and put good faith back into getting massages. The lunch was also fabulous and the perfect touch 👌 10/10 experience!

Hosted a group of 11 ladies at the spa. All received a facial and a massage. Each therapist was incredible, paying close attention to each person's individual needs, and ensuring everyone had the most enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and so helpful. They were able to accommodate our add ons and extra requests without issue, and were so willing to help! We also enjoyed their package that included lunch after our services, the young lady who served us was so polite and caring. The food was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this spa for its cleanliness, ambiance, and excellent customer service. However, what truly makes it my go-to spot for facials is the aesthetician, Katlyn. She is hands down the best in town. The reason I never go elsewhere for facials is her exceptional ability to understand my skin’s needs and perform the necessary extractions with unmatched precision. No one does it as well as she does. As long as she’s at this spa, I’ll remain a loyal customer. Plus, the front desk staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.

I went to New Serenity Spa for the first time a few weeks ago. I received an amazing oxygen facial from Yasmin. I definitely recommend this facial and scheduled another appointment for my Mom and myself.
