I go see Alisha for all my hair care needs. Over the last year and a half, she has rehabbed my hair from being dry and damaged to long, strong and healthy. Somehow she is able to really get my dark hair to lighten without the tacky orange. Always a pleasure coming to this salon. They always make me feel welcomed and they take their time with what I want instead of rushing me out the door to help the next client.

This was my first time at the location in Ronnie’s Plaza. I got a Skin Facial treatment with massage. The Deluxe package. My wellness was by Samantha M. This really helped my face to hydrate and She was very helpful and supportive on great notes. She Recommended me to products and services to help me. Trying to keep my face healthy and clear my skin. As a birthday gift, my husband and I received a couple’s Swedish massage. The hospitality upon arrival and throughout the visit was wonderful. Melissa gave me my massage, and afterwards I was refreshed, renewed, and relaxed. This was such a lovely experience! I definitely plan to return.

Two spa pedicures today that was honestly one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. $60 EACH for an hour that was really just a slow overpriced subpar pedicure where the individual had very little experience and asked several times to fix things that looked awful. I've had really good massages here, but never again will I go for pedicures or manicures.

I went to New Seasons Spa this past Sunday and I was not overly impressed. My appointment time was for 11:15, the text confirming my appointment says 11:15. I was informed by a friend also going that it was at 10 and I had to race there. Due to this error, I lost out on over 30 minutes of my 1 hour massage. The facial was fine, I was maybe expecting more than some product rubbed onto my face. The manicure and pedicure felt fine. I still had a lot of dead/dry skin on my feet and toes that probably should have been taken off, that wasn’t that big of a deal though. But literally the same day, one nails polish peeled off and then the next day the rest of the polish peeled off. I did nothing and put no product on my hands to cause this. For advertised 4 hours of spa day for $190, I was overall disappointed that I was 30 minutes late to a time that wasn’t communicated to me, I would say I spent about 40 minutes total between services waiting on the next service, and from walking in to walking out I was there a total of 3 hours. I don’t feel I received my moneys worth on time or service quality. The only reason I gave two stars is because I thought the ladies doing the service were very sweet and nice.

I really enjoyed my Spa day here . Everyone was so nice. I got the Celebration package. And let me tell you it's something to be Celebrated its self. I got a massage and a facial done by Carol,and a manicure and pedicure done by Ashleigh. I would like everyone to know these two are amazing at what they do. I couldn't have gotten such great services done anywhere or by any better people. Ashleigh personality is so bubbly and fun . I really enjoyed her conversation and work. And Carol is small but has a very nice medium pressure massage..Which Is what i asked for. I would greatly recommend going here. You will not be disappointed. This is a great place

I have had many things done by Ashleigh from hair cuts to color to a mani and pedi and acrylic nails. She is nothing short of excellent! She is very easy going and great to talk to when you’re in her chair. I highly recommend Ashleigh for any service as you will not be sorry!

My sister and I got massages and it was wonderful. Ellen and Melissa were fantastic. We really enjoyed our sessions. I also get Mani and pedis regularly here and Heidi, Carli, and Alexx are really good. Highly recommend!
