I enjoyed the hot tub experience and the couples massage, but there were little things that unfortunately came up. 1) We arrived early and were assisted into our room close to 20 minutes after our reservation. 2) the rules say there is disposable underwear and none were provided, hence you go in the hot tub naked. 3) the massage was interrupted by the masseuses speaking to each other in their language 3x and one masseuse stepped out of the room twice. 4) the masseuses demanded a tip after the unfortunate interruptions during the couples massage. It would truly have been a 5 star experience if the masseuses didn’t interrupt the spa and did not demand a tip. Because of that unfortunate customer service I will not be coming back. It is a shame because this little whole-in-the-wall place is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and provides a good couple massage / hydrotherapy experience for the price.

I booked the $295 hydrotherapy session for couples as a birthday treat for my boyfriend. I really wanted to give this place five stars but the experience wasn’t what I expected. When we went to enjoy the jacuzzi the chlorine smell was so strong it was unbearable. My eyes were burning and my boyfriend kept complaining about the strong bleach scent. I washed my eyes and I had to step out because it was just too much. I called the front desk multiple times before someone finally answered but no one came to assist. I had to open the door and ask in person for us to be moved because the smell was way waaaaaayyyyy too strong.😩😩😩 They moved us to another room with two beds that wasn’t as nice as the room before but before my massage even started my eyes were still burning my nose was running and I had to stop to flush my eyes. That completely took away from the experience. Initially they gave us two glasses of red wine and a four Lindt chocolates which was a nice touch but honestly that awful bleach smell ruined the hydrotherapy part. I ended up paid $275 ! and they gave me a $25 discount but I still wasn’t satisfied because we didn’t get to fully enjoy the hydro massage. I thought we were going to be moved to another hydrotherapy room but that didn’t happen. The massage itself was really good 8.5/10. She stopped right on time but she didn’t thoroughly go over the anterior part of my body which I guess is just their rule. As the clock makes a noise she started patting up 😩🤣🤣 One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was at the end when I was at the cashier. She straight up said “Give the tip to the ladies who gave service.” I was already going to tip but the way she said it felt like I was being told to do it like I was obligated. That just didn’t sit right with me. I won’t be back but good luck to everyone else maybe your experience will be different.

We did the couples signature package. Was absolutely amazing. Was the best experience and it was our anniversary and it was the best thing we did for ourselves. Worth every second. The vibes were amazing and the massage and scrub was breathtaking. We almost feel asleep would recommend for everyone

Came to this place from TikTok and then read the reviews on here and booked. The great reviews are on point and the massage was very relaxing. I called the same day and they were able to book us the same day I was very blessed and I was appreciative of them for going out of their way. It’s hard for me to plan my days and I was so happy they were accommodating same day couple massage. The price is also unbeatable for a massage in NYC. Thank you again.

It was a great experience! You walk in and start getting ready for the Jacuzzi, wear the bath suit to go in the Jacuzzi. I loved the Jacuzzi, it was warm and relaxing. Then you shower off and get ready for the massage. The massage was amazing, I loved it! 10/10 I would come again! They hanged a happy birthday sign for me! :)

I came here with a gift card and maybe I had bad luck because the reviews of this place are incredible. First, I got there a little before my appointment and music was off and everyone was still cleaning, but I was able to go into my appointment right away. Second, the girl massaging me was sick and coughing and sniffling the whole time. She was wearing a mask but she was massaging me so who knows if I will get sick now after this. Either way, especially because the first half of the massage had no music, all I could hear was her sniffles and coughing. I hope they don't often let sick people massage and get others sick. But again, maybe it was just my experience. The massage was great otherwise.

An incredible experience from start to finish! The couples hydrotherapy massage is a must. Wine chocolates music and the atmosphere was so romantic and relaxing. I felt like I had gone on vacation. The staff is warm and so accommodating. The hot stone massage was very will done and the CBD mint massage oil felt and smelled incredible. I felt pampered and certainly will be making this a part of our regular routine. Worth every penny!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at this spa! The service was exceptional—she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I never felt rushed, and the attention to detail was impressive. On top of that, the prices are unbeatable for the quality of service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
