This is a great massage place. They are very professional and well-trained. I go often because the price is very reasonable. I wish the massage rooms had a door for complete privacy, but the staff tries to keep the noise in the hallway minimal, which I appreciate. They also offer different facial treatments, which I want to try one day. All the masseuses offer a similarly thorough massage, checking in with you for pressure level. Personally, I find that Leo works best for me. Highly recommend it!

Just had the most fantastic sports massage here by Coco. I’ve been to a lot of places in NYC and this one tops the list for me. Great ambiance and very good understanding of muscles, knots and releasing tension in the body. Will definitely be back!

Wish I could rate a 0. Do not recommend Came in a few days ago for a couples massage and left with back pain more than when I came in. The beginning of the massage was ok then they got too hands on especially on my behind which I thought was pretty weird. The masseuse then gets on top of the table to massage my upper back I felt like she was using a rock and not her hands. This felt like a Thai massage more than a relaxing one. I honestly recommend ZZ day spa better

Went for a couples massage about 2 weeks ago and had a lovely time. Massages were good for the cost, they added on hot stones for no additional cost. They checked in a number of times to make sure the pressure was ok. They don’t ask much before they start working, so if you have sensitive spots, injuries, etc., you should be prepared to speak up. My fiancé had a broken toe and they were sure to avoid it. Our room was private, but the doorway had a curtain instead of a door, so we could hear occasional whispers from the reception area. Overall good experience.

The place is clean and massage is great.. Except one thing that was personal and made me felt good about this place less. I'm a girl and I got a male masseuse. It was awkward at first as he already walked in and the place was busy so I thought there might not be other staff to switch. I don't really mind per se but I think it would have been better if they would let us know ahead of time first given that we almost fully naked in there.
As to the service, he was a bit soft at first so I had to ask him to not worry and give me strong press and all. It's nice but still sometimes I couldn't help but thought about the fact that he's a man.
The place also looks very professional and inviting.

Fka Blue Dolphin Spa. Very unprofessional, worst massage I’ve gotten anywhere. The lady who did the massage seemed like she had no idea how to give a massage, her kneading was so frenzied that it was stressful rather than a peaceful experience. When a customer came in with a question about. Groupon, she randomly left the room mid-massage without saying a word to me and just leaving me lying on the table. She only returned after 5 full minutes and was surprised that I had gotten dressed to leave. Probably most concerning of all, for a prenatal massage she asked me to lie on my back (considered unsafe, any masseuse should know this) and then on my stomach (this one just leaves me speechless, how do you expect someone with a massive baby bump to lie on their stomach). Definitely would not go back!
