I recently visited the spa, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The atmosphere didn’t live up to expectations—and the food ordered from the spa menu was terrible. To top it off, the sparkling wine served in a can was surprising and quite disappointing, especially for a Four Seasons property. It felt out of place for such a high-end establishment. Additionally, I was unfairly targeted for being “loud,” even though it wasn’t me causing any disruption. I felt as though the spa did not want myself and my friends here. When I spoke with the manager about the food issues, I was met with excuses rather than a genuine attempt to rectify the situation. The massage itself was mediocre at best—not what I expected for the price and reputation. Overall, this experience didn’t live up to the standards I had anticipated, and I left feeling quite underwhelmed. I hope the spa management takes these concerns into account to improve their service moving forward.

There are also showers, jacuzzi area, steam room, sauna, salon & spa area, etc. Thank you so much Robyn & Deja. You did amazing. Went above & beyond!

Warning: Prepared to feel fat shamed. I’m a true size large, but the employees were insistent on giving me a gigantic thin gray robe, while every other person in the spa was wearing a white terry cloth robe. Some larger than me. When I had asked to switch robes after my treatment and told them specifically I wanted a Terri cloth robe they ignored my requests and tried to give me a gray one again and said I would be “cooler in it.” Being singled out this way definitely does not feel good after finally allowing myself to be pampered a year and a half postpartum. With that said, my massage was amazing by Yumi, she did not partake in making me feel bad, it was the other employees. The last thing I expected finally getting a massage was leaving with my feelings hurt and feeling so insecure but yet, here we are. I expected more from a 4 seasons resort and spa. So disappointed.

This is a lovely salon that feels very private with only two pedicure chairs. The chairs are comfortable and the salon is clean and they practice superb hygiene with each client. Yumiko greeted me warmly and did a great job with my pedicure. The pedicure massage is the best that I have had! It’s an actual massage and not just a ten minute rubdown. Thank you to Yumiko! I am happy that I decided to wait for my appointment at the outdoor courtyard because the soothing sounds of a fountain soothed my mind as I waited. This is now on my radar for a return visit.

The services were amazing! I highly recommend adding the hot oil hair treatment and leaving it in as long as you can. The facility was just enjoyable for what you would expect from a 5 star facility. I was really hoping that there would be more to experience as I had planned for 3-4 hours relaxing in a tranquil environment. Here is what I found. The cold plunge fits one person at a time. The hot tub in the locker room was not quite warm enough. There is no indoor lounge that accommodates meditation just a waiting room. The outdoor lounge accommodates 3 comfortably but everyone coming in looks right down on you which is not ideal. Hawaii is still very into using masks be prepared to wear it during the massage even when face down. The facility is very clean and staff is very Gracious. I would go back but only for the services.

Incredible spa! I will be coming back next time I'm in the island. Their staff is very helpful, the eucalyptus steam room was so relaxing, and the zen garden was gorgeous.

Truly an amazing massage and experience. The oils, the atmosphere, the jacuzzi. I also got the coconut scalp massage. Sooo worth it!!!!

Omg, I was treated to a Warrior 50 massage & pedicure. The massage therapist, chavis has the most pressure point, relaxing hands. For the pedicure, Yumiko is very thorough in the best foot care. The ambiance, relaxation of the tranquil garden area stole my heart. It reminded me to breath in the beauty of life and breath out gratitude. My soul is complete!
