I have been to a spa before, but not quite like Nature Day Spa! It was my first time getting a bikini wax, so naturally I was nervous. I've booked with Madi a few times now, and every time I get a wax she makes me feel relaxed. She does great work, for a great price, and is always so friendly! I can't recommend her enough!

I've had several facials over the years, but needed to find a place closer to home. So I tried this place out. The reviews were good and the descriptions seemed fine (website). But my facial wasn't great. Yet, the price was the same as the other fantastic facials I've experienced in the past. The environment was average, the lady was friendly. The bed was warm and comfy. But the facial itself was sub-par. The technician seemed like she was in a hurry to through all of the products, never slowly massages and cleansing. So it all felt hurried. She would roll her chair between the bed and the cabinet to grab things, but continued to hit the bed legs with the rolling chair - giving me a jerk on the bed pretty often. That's not relaxing. She hurried through extractions - made NO attempt to gently remove the dirt. It is always painful, but if they do it slower and as gentle as possible - that helps. She made no attempt to make it easier. Lastly, the product she used in the end wasn't a great smell, in my opinion. So when I got home, first thing I did was wash my shirt, and my face.

I was given a Nature Day Spa gift card for a massage and facial for my birthday and I absolutely loved my experience! The staff are very friendly and the atmoshpere is very relaxing. My massage therapist did a great job loosening my extremely tight neck muscleas and she was very professional. My facial was The Best Ever! I highly reccomend booking with Madi and I will definitely be back!

I had my eyebrows waxed today with Katie and she was wonderful! She really paid attention to what I wanted and was very detailed. She had asked a lot of questions and I left very happy! Will be back! Unfortunately I don’t remember the receptionists name, but I had a few questions after I was done and she was so kind and very helpful!

The lady’s were very friendly and nice. What I did not like is that when I left I had wax on my pants and my shoes from the lady that did my wax. Not very happy about that. My clothes were out of the way and should not have had any wax on it when leaving.

I don't like to leave a bad review for what may have been an off day. Five stars for the quality of the service. Very satisfied with an eyebrow and lip threading. As a new customer, I felt very awkward and unwelcomed. I wasn't greeted walking in. I wasn't asked to have a seat after checking in. I was not greeted by my estitician. I don't even know her name. It was assumed that I had done this process before. Even though I have, every tech has a different approach. I wish my experience had just been one with more than a few words exchanged.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had a really relaxing facial and massage. Remie is professional and does an amazing job.

I have received several massages and a few facials here and have yet to be disappointed with my experiences. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is friendly and professional! They use all natural plant based products, which is a bonus! No worrying about nasty harsh chemicals on your skin while pampering yourself!
