Had such a relaxing couples massage here for my birthday. Loved the sauna and showers after the massage and the hot tea and relaxing In the waiting room. Best scalp massage I’ve ever had and I love a deep massage and she really got in those knots can’t wait to come back again.

The price is expensive. However, you’re paying for the view and experience. So if you just want a massage, get one from any massage place. If you want views and the experience, pay extra!

I had issues with my online booking, but the staff were very friendly and got me in within 30 min of when I had scheduled. The facility is very relaxing and I appreciated that there was no rushing in or out; they make you feel very welcomed. The massage was AMAZING!! My therapist was very talented and did a great job of verifying that the pressure was good and focusing on the areas that I needed.

Had a lovely time at this spa. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was on point. We got the Hawaiian massage and it was just perfect! The masseuse had great pressure and made sure to ask my preferences. The spa has a wonderful staff and is very clean.I would recommend going earlier than your appointment time to enjoy the spa area. Downstairs has a great view with recliner chairs and some hot tea. I will be going back next time!

The Na Ho'ola Spa is absolutely amazing. The ladies there are super sweet. The facility is beyond nice. After my massage, I continued to relax in the lounge area with a cup of tea and a view of the Waikiki beach. I even took a little nap. I also took advantage of the dry sauna while I was there. This place gave me the best spa experience. If you're on vacation in Hawaii, you have to visit this spa.

We came to the Hyatt Regency for our Babymoon and I booked a prenatal massage at the Na Ho’ola Spa. The massage was incredible, one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly, and the spa was very clean and relaxing.

Great setting and aesthetics. Not all facilities were available due to Covid. Although I can do without a sauna, a shower to wash the massage oil off should be available. Therapists were courteous and respectful, not the best, not the worst. Overall I did not feel the experience warranted the price tag. I fully expect to spend $500+ every time I visit a spa but I left oily and underwhelmed.
