A scam, sham, & money grab!! I will never purchase another chemical peel. After trying multiple different med-spas to correct hyperpigmentation, trying everything from superficial to medium depth peels I stumbled upon this esthetician advertising cosmelan peels. Cosmelan is supposedly one of the best peels on the market so I decided to give it a go. I told her about my previous terrible experience with vi peels etc stating how I thought they were a scam because they simply do not work. We proceeded with the cosmelan peel in- office & I got the post care kit. I was hopeful to see some type of results after I paid $1099. My skin began peeling and I waited 3 weeks to see if there’s a difference. No difference whatsoever . Just mild peeling. At that point I file a dispute with my bank & she sends in her paperwork & no refund policy to shut the claim down. This is honestly a joke … I might as well sell scam products too & have people sign a no refund policy right ? Atlanta is truly home to the scammers. Ok fine I give it another chance because there’s a touch up included so I booked that and then came in . Skin began peeling again and no difference at all. A literal waste of money. I would have had understanding if there was even a 20% reduction , give me something to work with!! 0% difference. After spending over $1k and the marketing of the product promising atleast some results after even the first week this is just very disappointing . If the peel doesn’t really do anything atleast reduce the price . Cosmelan should be no more than $5.99 at the beauty supply store. Because the costs don’t match the results. I’m usually not a cheap or pain in the a* customer and like to pay for quality . But I mean seriously !!! Ugh ! I’m done with chemical peels and will not be returning here or any other med spa and will just go to an actual doctor. Ridiculous and misleading !!! Will also go to small claims court & see what the outcome will be she is standing her ground and digging her heels in the sand for the $1k but regardless of the outcome the universe will ensure the $ is returned to me ten fold like it always has.

Jas is the BEST esthetician I ever encountered! She is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely cares about her clients. The products and services Jas provides are top tier and unmatched. If you are in search of a kind, intelligent and highly professional esthetician, look no further.

Please read other low star reviews to witness the other experiences similar to mine. When asking questions, Jaz gets easily overwhelmed and states “she usually never feels the need to explain.” This I found completely inappropriate to say to a client who is paying for a service. When asking for clarification during the 2nd session peel (her flow was different from the first and quite frankly illogical), she automatically deemed us incompatible. She stated “when you ask questions, you always have another one.” As a customer who is not familiar with this and her “particular” process, I should know what is going on since it is my body. I found this inappropriate and unprofessional. Mind you, I never raised my voice and was calm throughout. But she kept projecting her feelings of being overwhelmed as me being too anxious for her. She canceled my membership. I have never witnessed such quick frustration from an owner when a client asks simple questions to understand the process. I noticed it the first session and should’ve seen it then to cancel. I may also have to add that I feel she didn’t like me asking questions because her “flow” of tackling my specific issue didn’t make logical sense. At the end of the day, more sessions…more money.
