Benji greeted me at the door and has the sweetest smile! Do not be discouraged by the outside appearance of the building. When you walk in, it's absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Benji was so friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and was very attentive to what my hair needed. Went to sleep on the table, the soft water sounds, and soothing music played like a lullaby. I will definitely be back!

This was my second time visiting a head spa, and let me tell you—it was everything I didn’t know I was missing the first time around. My first experience, in a different state, was nice but lacked the relaxation and immersive experience I was hoping for. That all changed the moment I walked into Montgomery Head Spa. From the start, Ms. Yolanda greeted me like an old friend, calling me by name, making eye contact, and flashing the warmest, most welcoming smile. For a second, I actually had to pause and wonder if we’d met before—her energy was that familiar and inviting! Then, Ms. Benji greeted me just as warmly, and at that point, I knew I was in the right place. These ladies didn’t just provide a service; they created a whole vibe that made me feel like family. Now, onto the experience itself! The scalp analysis? Fascinating. I had never seen anything like it before, and it was incredibly enlightening. Ms. Benji and Ms. Yolanda took their time educating me about my scalp and hair, breaking down what I needed to do and which products would work best for me—all with my hair’s health as the top priority. But let me get to the part that truly set this visit apart—the relaxation. My goodness, I don’t know if I can even put it into words! The moment I lay down, I felt at ease. The room was the perfect temperature, the lighting was dimmed, and my eyes were gently covered. The music? Absolutely setting the ambiance. Ms. Yolanda checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and when she started the treatment, her touch was both gentle and perfectly firm when needed. I had no intention of falling asleep… but I most definitely did. And when I woke up? Pure bliss. I felt refreshed, my scalp felt brand new, and I was still enjoying the soft, soothing aroma of the shampoo and conditioner. Even an hour after I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about how good my scalp felt. I’m already planning my next visit—honestly, I might just make this a bi-weekly self-care ritual because I deserve this level of luxury and relaxation… and so do you! So do yourself a favor and book an appointment ASAP—you won’t regret it!

Such a great experience! Benji is so sweet and knowledgeable and truly made my scalp healthier. The service is so relaxing and indulgent - and the bonus is you can see the before and after of your scalp! I will definitely be back when I'm ready to treat myself and send all of my friends!

My husband purchases a gift certificate for me for my birthday in July. He had put my email down as the email to receive the online gift certificate. It was never sent. I had to reach out to Benji on my own time to ensure its delivery. She did send it after I contacted her. Today 1/14/25, I went through my email only to realize I had accidentally deleted the original email, probably a month ago when I was clearing out my inbox. My mother in law was diagnosed with Leukemia in October and with two small children and a family, I found myself incredibly busy. I reached out again to Benji today to see if she could re send the email. She called me back to inform me that my gift certificate had apparently expired YESTERDAY and that she was unwilling to honor the money my husband had spent. I am incredibly disappointed, and frankly disgusted at how she can accept money but then refuse the service. I told her if she is accepts the money than she should at least have the decency to send out an email informing the person that they have an upcoming expiration date in order to receive services that were paid for. I can only trust that handling a small business in such a manor will ultimately lead to its inevitable demise. ETA: Since posting this yesterday, the owner has blocked me on Facebook and neglected to respond to any correspondence. This women seems to be sketchier than had imagined.

Truly enjoyed this experience! Relaxing, but also super informative! It was pretty cool to see you scalp up close and personal. I would definitely do this again. Benji was very friendly, welcoming and just overall amazing. Thank you again, Benji!!

I had a fabulous experience here. I had seen the recommendations, positive reviews, and videos of this spa on FaceBook and had to experience it for myself. I asked my sweetie for a gift card, and he gifted me one for Valentine’s Day. I was able to book my appointment for the avocado bliss mask treatment and pay for the service all online. It was very easy. Finding the location was easy as well. When I walked up to the door, the specialist opened it for me and greeted me with a smile. She was very kind and professional. She sat me down in her chair, and we did a scalp analysis where I got to see up close the condition of my scalp. Then, we went to the back for my pampering session. It was so relaxing. It was like having someone play with your hair for an hour!!!! She brushed it, washed it, massaged my scalp, conditioned my hair, and massaged my neck and shoulders. The place is very clean, very well decorated, and classy. Afterwards, I got to see my scalp again, and it was 100% improved. She got rid of all the buildup and dryness! Afterwards, my hair had so much body and my scalp felt so clean for days! I will definitely be back and will recommend this service to everyone!

I’ve seen the viral videos of the head spa treatment and I was beyond blessed to get a gift certificate. When I tell you I haven’t felt this relaxed in a while that I ended up falling asleep! This is amazing and Benji did her thing! I will definitely do this again!
