I Came to relax and got so much more!! The staff was friendly and attentive. The scalp treatment was absolutely exceptional. The attention to detail through out was top notch. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury relaxation service. The only negative was an up charge for long hair that I wasn’t informed of until my service was over. I happily paid but would’ve liked to know up front. Online booking was not easy to navigate, ultimately I called and got booked easily and quickly.

I encountered significant scheduling issues online/though phone leading to the beginning of my experience where the receptionist was waiting for me at the door and told me I was “late” despite the fact that they had called me to reschedule. I felt like I was an inconvenience and being scolded for this misunderstanding. I wanted a refund, but she told me it was not possible and that I was wasting time asking because they were very busy. Given the misunderstanding of when my appointment was, she was nice enough to give me $20 off, but it did not alleviate my discomfort. My interaction with her left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my visit. The stylist who attended me burned my scalp and I experienced discomfort for a week afterward. I had to ask her twice to adjust the water temperature. Anyone who knows hair knows that it's not washed with hot water! The quality of the products used fell short of expectations and the “massage” aspect of the service was far from relaxing. It was a bunch of random objects used inappropriately. It felt like a joke and as if she was ill-experienced. From this interaction with her, she seemed to be unaware of how to take care of hair overall. I take very well care of my hair and I trusted this place to do the same. Additionally, I believe offering candy as a snack undermines the overall wellness experience. The photos on Google do not match what I encountered and I was not given an opportunity to blow dry my own hair. This place has a lot of potential, but at this point I do not recommend it. It is by far such an overpriced experience and I regret wasting my money here. I hope this review helps this place improve for future clients and get their moneys worth. -my reviews for other places has nothing to do with my experience here. You are falling short from your “mission statement” of being committed to providing care to your clients. Given all your background, I would have expected for you to respond in a more professional manner. Your response is enough to not want to recommend you.

Wow what a wonderful treatment I and my wife had this past weekend. I used to go to Las Vegas or Texas for stuff like this, not anymore! glad ABQ has a head spa now. They have a snack bar as well to treat their customers.

Brought my mom here for her birthday! We did the lux I believe, 90 minute one with a collagen mask added. AMAZING. We both were so relaxed and our hair felt so so soft after! The mini facial with the mask was the perfect touch! 10/10 5+ stars! Definitely going again!

The techs here are so helpful and they treat you so well!! they always consider the clients feelings as well as needs and wants when it comes to there service.i would recommend this place to so many people for the relaxing and rejuvenating experience!!

I’m so glad our little city finally has one of these! It was an amazing way to relax and treat myself to a couple of hours of me time! My cosmetologist was tremendously skilled and gentle, I couldn’t say enough good things if I tried. She explained everything so that I had zero questions. The spa was the cleanest and most well kept environment I’ve ever been in! They’ve truly thought of everything. (However, the rubber gloves pulled on my hair a little bit but I have long and thin hair that might have been tangled.) I have zero complaints! It was a magical evening and a fantastic way to end a stressful work week! A must do for everyone!

I was able to get in same-day with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day after they called me about a last-minute cancellation. I'm happy to say they do in fact follow up with people on their wait list on this matter. The service technicians thoroughly welcomed us to the spa, assessed and explained the treatment options and what they expect to do during the session. The scalp massage and cleaning, along with some neck and back massage felt wonderful! During the hour plus we were there, I was totally blissed out. They also serve tea which is nice to enjoy after the service! Relaxing atmosphere even though they do not use individual rooms for each client (it's a communal setting separated by curtains). Great experience and I intend to come back again some time.

I recently had a scalp treatment at Moc Head Spa, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was serene, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The treatment left my scalp feeling rejuvenated and my hair noticeably softer. I loved the personalized approach they took to address my needs. If you're in the area, I highly recommend trying their scalp treatment for a refreshing experience!
