Mo Du Massage & Spa

My husband and I visited Modu Spa after purchasing a Groupon for a couples massage, and sadly, our experience fell short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, I had high hopes for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but it quickly became clear that we were in for a letdown. The massage itself was disappointing. I was paired with a masseuse who seemed unresponsive to my requests for deeper pressure. Despite informing her five times that I wanted a firmer touch, each time she would briefly accommodate me before returning to a light, ineffective rubdown. It felt more like a surface-level rub than a proper massage therapy session. By the end, I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. When I approached the manager to share my concerns, I found her attitude to be defensive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing my disappointment, she seemed more interested in arguing about the situation. We had paid for an extra 30 minutes of service, but she insisted that since I didn't receive the full time, I should pay an additional $20. This felt very unfair, especially considering that I had already paid for a service that was not delivered properly. The manager even suggested that I get up from the table to find her if I felt unhappy during the massage. Honestly, I was not about to leave the room in that state, nor did I want to escalate things further. A good spa experience should be about relaxation and comfort, not confrontation. Overall, I left Modu feeling more stressed than when I arrived, and I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. For the price, I expected at least a decent massage and customer service, but unfortunately, Modu did not deliver. I would recommend seeking out one of the many other spas in Las Vegas where you might have a better chance of a satisfying experience.

I had an amazing experience at Modu! The staff was warm and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I booked a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what I needed. My therapist, Kevin, was incredibly skilled—applying just the right amount of pressure to release tension without causing discomfort. He focused on my problem areas while still giving a full-body experience, and I left feeling refreshed, loose, and pain-free. If you're looking for a high-quality massage that truly works out deep knots and stress, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What an amazing establishment! Last-minute back pain while on vacation caused us to seek out a masseuse close to our hotel in the strip… Both of our massage therapist were absolutely incredible, hit on the important part that were bothering us and I truly cannot say enough About them! I highly recommend taking the short drive over to see them! Thank you to the entire staff, for helping us be on the way to enjoy the rest of our vacation without back pain! Absolutely five stars… If we could give them more stars we certainly would!

Got a couples massage and it was amazing. So relaxing. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time and they were extremely nice and kind. Can’t wait to come back

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed I never mentioned having a Groupon, though I did, and said she only books Groupon customers in the morning—yet at 12, she asked if I could come in immediately. Before my appointment, she kept calling to ask when I’d arrive, even though I was already outside in the parking lot. On top of that, she tried to enforce a tip before the service, which felt discriminatory. As someone in the industry, I know how to tip properly. The massage was okay, but I won’t be returning. If you’re a person of color, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Super great experience! The staff was friendly the building is very clean and my massage was wonderful. I got a full body massage that included and scalp and foot massage , a sugar scrub for my back as well as hot stones . It was relaxing and peaceful. I will definitely be back again .

I just had the best massage of my life at Modu Massage! Mia was absolutely amazing--she worked wonders on my tense traps and stiff neck. Her technique was out of this world, and I left feeling more relaxed than I ever have before. The entire experience was top-notch, and I can't recommend Modu Massage enough. If you're looking for a truly incredible massage, this is the place to go!

My wife and I had a couples combo massage and reflexology today at Mo Du. Cindy and Jason were amazing. We're locals and we'll definitely be back. Top 3 best massages for both of us ever.
