I was lucky enough to be gifted this experience by my sister for my birthday and it was the perfect gift! From the moment we arrived they were so attentive and kind. They constantly checked in to make sure we were ok or if we needed anything and were respectful and polite each time. Overall the experience surpassed my expectations. We did the scalp massage and facial, which were both so relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely return and am so appreciative for the great customer service!

My friend and I did the 90 minute deluxe treatment. We were welcomed warmly and quickly sat. They have massage beds to include legs. I’ve been to a few head spas, here they mostly used hands and fingers whereas other spas used tools. My friend and I both throughly enjoyed our experience here and it was nice to have our hair blow dried at the end so we didn’t leave with completely wet hair. Booking online was easy and convenient.

Just got off from work and wanted to have a good shampooing the hair and relaxing time before heading home, I called Mita hair salon to find some luck and hoped they would have available time for me to just walk in. I was so happy that they said I could come. When I walked into the salon, it is a very pretty place. Everything is in pink which is my favorite color 🤭. They greeted me with big smile and made me feel so comfortable as a first time customer. My hair dresser/shampoo-er/massager name is Chi. She is very skillful! I love her so much. She has very good hands in massaging my head, neck and shoulders. I feel so relaxing and stress free. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I would definitely come back every week or so. 👍👏

Very relaxing and nice environment. Very friendly staff that checks if everything is to your liking. I got the vip 3 treatment and it was amazing, very skilled message with face neck and shoulders included without getting tired and needing breaks. They used sonic and red light treatment on face and hot hot oils on rest of body. Love this place and will be coming back.

Such a nice and relaxing experience. The head massage was very nice. We did the 60 minute treatment and it was well worth it.

This was my first time at MiTa Head Spa. I absolutely love the experience. Kimchi was AMAZING and the absolute sweetest! She ensured I was comfortable from beginning to end. Will definitely be coming back ❤️

It's a beautiful salon. I took my BFF for us to celebrate her bday. I booked VIP 3 Head Spa treatment. We got there few mins early and unfortunately they were not ready for us at 1pm( our appt time) I want to say we wait 10-15 until we were called back. Once we sat down on massage table, I love how table massages your whole back, even your butt. Lol A lady started giving my friend facial and washing her hair. I was alittle upset because no one came to me. The lady told me someone would be with me shortly. My lady came a good 10 mins later. Washing my hair, the scalp treatment/massage is out of this world, as well as facial! It was very relaxing. Then at the end, you sit up, oil is put on your back and your back is massage with hot stones. To my surprise my treatment ended at the same time as my friend, mind you my lady started on me at least 10 mins late. I didn't want say anything because again, I was treating my friend for her birthday. Then your hair gets blow dry. Overall experience was good. And the drive home, I can't explain how relax and stress free I felt, from a stressful week at work! The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars because they started on us late and two my treatment didn't start until at least 10 mins after my friend. And our services ended at the same time!
