I was so happy with my overall experience here! First of all, I accidentally scheduled my appointment on the day of the Chicago marathon and spent the hour before my appointment driving around the area trying to find a way to this location. After realizing I wasn’t going to make my appointment time, I gave them I call and they were extremely accommodating and allowed me to reschedule with no additional fees. Then once my rescheduled appointment came, I felt at ease from the moment I walked through the doors. The facility is designed very nicely and was very clean. I had a wonderful massage by Tracy who was so friendly and professional. This is now my go-to spot for massages in the city!

I came here for the first time, originally booking a hydrafacial. Unfortunately, the machine broke down the day before my appointment, so they offered 20% off another facial which is so nice!! Since I picked a longer facial and my husband was coming with me, they offered to add a 15 minute enhancement to his for free, which again is very nice. I got the ultimate facial, and was a very relaxing experience. The esthetician was very nice and personable! Very gentle on my face and I definitely felt relaxed with her. However, I realized at the end that I hadn’t received any extractions that was supposed to be included in my facial, which was a bummer for how expensive it was. I won’t be returning because of that, but still was a nice experience and ambiance.

I usually go to milk + honey for their massages but I decided to try out the nail services. Queen did my nails and I absolutely love them! She curated a very calming and relaxing environment. I had a tailored hand massage and scrub, which I will definitely be back for! She also has a great attention to detail when it comes to cuticle work.

I’ve been a customer of Milk and Honey since it opened. I love this spa. I get my pedis, waxes, and massages here. Queen did my pedicure this time. Her attention to detail and skill is amazing. I can’t wait to book with her again

I Had A Really Frustrating And Disappointing Experience Here On My Birthday, Which Should Have Been A Relaxing And Enjoyable Day. Besides The Massage Therapist, The Service Provided Lacked Professionalism, Communication, And Attentiveness—Especially During My Facial. The Esthetician Didn’t Properly Assess My Skin, Left Me Under The Steamer For An Excessive Amount Of Time, And Then I Overheard The Staff Talking About Me After The Service, Which Is Completely Unprofessional And Unacceptable. While The Front Desk Staff At Least Attempted To Apologize And Offer A Discount, It’s Disappointing That The Situation Wasn’t Handled Better In The Moment. I Never Heard From The GM All She Did Was Send Me An Email Stating The Facial Provided To Me Met The Standards Of Milk And Honey. The $155 Facial Is Not Worth It Save Your Money.

I’ve been to several M&H locations for Express Facials, but my experience with Chelsea at Goldcoast was by far the best!! Location was gorgeous and staff was very friendly. My facial was so relaxing and Chelsea addressed all of my skin concerns thoughtfully. I left with my skin feeling like Edward’s in the “Twilight” movie! Soft, glowing, and clear - it has never looked better even a few days after! Returning every month because it really was THAT GOOD!
