I had the most amazing experience at Milano Day Spa & Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My microdermabrasion facial with Michelle was absolutely wonderful—she is truly skilled and attentive, and my skin has never felt so smooth and refreshed! I could see an instant glow and feel the difference right away. If you’re looking for top-tier skincare and a rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend Milano Day Spa & Wellness- Grisel, Claudia, Michelle and Maribel are amazing. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Milano Day Spa and Wellness Center in Indian Head Park is a special place to come for treatments. It is meticulously clean, fresh, and bright where it needs to be in open areas. The treatment rooms are lit appropriately for a relaxing and therapeutic mood. The staff and therapists are so professionally trained and kind to their clients. I had 4 services today for my birthday and was so impressed with them all. It was my first visit to the spa but it wont be my last. Marta gave me a 60 minute Swedish massage, Wendy gave me a 60 min head spa treatment, Grisel gave a 1 hour facial and Milena gave me a Jelly foot soak, massage skin treatment. Each therapist is so professionally trained and friendly, caring so much that the client is well served and cared for. I had the best birthday ever. 🙂

My first time experience was wonderful! Jay was amazing and making sure I was comfortable through the whole pedicure. And asked me if I ever had damage to a nail. She noticed it and went out of her way to ask the proper care. The spa was very clean and welcoming. I also had a wonderful experience! I needed a tan for vacation and Michelle was very sweet and caring and the tan turned out amazing! Very clean atmosphere. Highly recommend! The new owners were amazing and introduced themselves and offered drinks like tea, coffee, and water.

Milano Day Spa is by far one of the best places to come and relax and enjoy yourself. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The staff are very professional and experienced. Grisel, Wendy, Mica, Michelle, and the rest of the team are all detail oriented and making sure that the customer has an unforgettable experience and every service is customized to the needs of the client

Had an amazing experience here. I got my mom a gift voucher back in April and I was afraid it might expire but we were able to use it no problem. They have a lot of different facial options, massage options etc. and they are very good at what they do. We both felt amazing after our facials and our skin was glowing for a few days after. They also offer a lot of products for purchase. A nice thing is that you get points in dolar value for every dollar you spend there and you can use them toward your next visit. Employees are very kind and friendly and will answer all of your questions.

I had a fantastic day at Milano with my mom! We both treated ourselves to a facial and massage, and it was such a wonderful experience. The service was incredible—Michelle and Dianna were so welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our treatments. I've been to many spas in the city and I'd rather make the trip out to Milano as they are top notch.

Milano is a great place for self care. The atmosphere is very soothing. I have had both Milena and Christine give me signature pedicures and both have done excellent jobs and were very friendly.
