MG's Grand Day Spa

The best massages ever! This is the only place I will go to and I have a 45 minute drive. They are all so nice, accommodating, professional, with a calming atmosphere and excellent massage therapists. Can’t wait to come back again!

MG’s lost a customer today. Not a frequent customer, but a customer nonetheless. My wife and I try to go at least once a year for 90-minute massages. This is the second time in a row our appointment was cancelled the morning of our appointment due to a therapist not being available to come in. The first time was last year for my wife’s birthday. This time, I took vacation from work and planned an entire outing day for me and my wife. Extremely frustrating. Both times, we received an apology and an offer for one of us to still come in for the massage. Or we could reschedule to another day. After I told them this was the second time in a row? For my wife’s birthday? We took time off work to come to your business? Same thing. An apology and one of us could still come in today or reschedule and take another day of vacation. You’d think after the second time in a row they would try to make it up to us in some way. It just makes us feel unvalued and that they aren’t worried about our business. It certainly degrades our confidence in scheduling another appointment. I understand things happen with employees. I hope all is okay with that employee. It’s more the customer service recovery and the loss of trust I now have in MG’s Grand Day Spa. With it to happen twice in a row over a year apart, I can’t trust scheduling appointments with them again. ****Update**** I appreciate that MG’s reached out to discuss the situation we had. They were understanding and apologetic. We have been invited back and look forward to seeing them in the future!

Patricia was wonderful! I was so relaxed after my session that I just wanted to take a nap. Will definitely be back!

1. Facial's by Manisay are amazing. She is knowledgeable about the muscles of the body and is very clean while she works. 2. My 90 min deep tissue massage by Bradley today was the best I've had yet. I 100 % recommend him. Great jobs guys! Much 💜 from a tired healthcare worker/mom of two!

Manisay did my Vichy shower, and I added a glow scrub. I absolutely loved meeting her! She is such a nice person, and made me feel extremely comfortable. You can tell that she is very passionate about what she does. I wish her all of the business at her spa, and I also hope that if you have never had the Vichy shower, that you sign up to get one! The shower room is beautiful! I also had a sweetish massage with Amber. Super relaxing massage, I almost fell asleep.

The best facial I’ve ever had!! My skin felt so hydrated and firm. Afterwards, the lines around my lips, and on my forehead were less noticeable. I am 75 years old, so this was quite an achievement! I highly recommend this spa. Everyone was very personable and cordial.
