An amazing experience. Nidia was my technician who performed the Aphrodite Treatment on me. Her attention to detail, her pressure, her professionalism was all perfection. I give her 10000000 stars out of 10! I cannot wait to book with her again. I left rejuvenated, relaxed and her massage left me refreshed with no tension! Love love love

I have had good experiences here in the past but my $70 manicure chipped badly 24 hours after I got my nails done. The photos are from literally the next day. I reached out to the salon asking for a refund but they refused. They said “this is what happens when you mix gel & dip” but it was their own technician who suggested mixing them. Disappointed in the customer service here. I have been a regular customer in the past few years, but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give this a 10 star review I would. The entire atmosphere from walking in the door to walking out the door was incredible. I had Tatiana. Absolutely amazing. I can not wait to come back!!

I’ve been to the head spa twice, and it’s such a luxurious experience! You leave with your scalp feeling fresh, and you’re fully relaxed. I will keep coming back! Best spa experience!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I asked for a new full set of gel nails with French tip. Worst job I have ever had. They soaked off my acrylic nails and didn’t put tips back on. And for what ever reason the tips look like I played in dirt. I just got this done literally less than a week ago. Worst nail job I’ve EVER had. $65 down the drain. They were nice and the shop is flashy but I definitely won’t be returning.

Really disappointing experience yesterday; my first time. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the quality of my gel manicure is underwhelming. I'm pretty indecisive about my nails and it took me awhile to pick out a design after the manicurist did not want to do the first two styles I requested, saying my nails were too short. So I finally chose to do a multicolored French, and my friend chose 5 different colors. At this point the manicurist seemed irritated with me and wanted to just get my manicure over and done with. I apologized numerous times for being indecisive. For $45, I was hoping the work would be perfect, but the colored tips are messy and uneven. The salon was not crowded, though the receptionist informed us they were booked all day, so I really don't understand the rush job I got. Again, disappointing experience.

This salon was beautiful but I had 2 issues. First, I specifically told them I wanted my dip mani to match my regular pedi. They assured me my color was available in both, I got the dip mani, and then they didn’t have the same color available in regular polish for the pedi. Second, they did the dip mani first and then my toes weren’t dry to push back on shoes after the pedi (it’s January). Beautiful salon but I likely won’t be back.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like the work I received is worse than I could have done on my own. Edit: less than three days later and I have major chips.
