Mer Aqua Head Spa

I've been coming here the past year, either by myself, or with friends, or with my mom. Every time, I had the best experience. This is my form of self-care, to release stress, or when I have headache. After each service, I would walk away, and feeling like a brand new person. Although the spa is a bit far from me, but I do not mind the 45 minutes drive. I know I would to get best head-spa service every time. It is totally worth it. I would choose this head-spa over, and over again 🤩

My mom and I had an incredible experience at Mer Head Spa in John’s Creek! Nina and Jennie were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so cared for throughout our visit. The spa has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and their attention to detail truly stood out. Both Nina and Jennie were incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. My mom and I left feeling so refreshed and pampered – it was such a special experience to share. Thank you, Nina and Jennie, for making it such a memorable visit! We can’t wait to come back!

Ashley did an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They even have a questionnaire in the beginning to tell how warm you want the water and your wants of pressure during massage. Safe area to get undressed and to store your belongings. Only negative is there are a lot of people all in one small room having their massage… but as the shop Nextdoor is getting remodeled, I’m sure that will change soon. Amazing value

This is an updated review based on my recent experience. I booked the ultimate package again which included a facial, a mini massage and the scalp/hair treatment. This place has come a long way from the first time I visited, which was about 2+ years ago. I’m so glad/happy I came back. I was not disappointed in the least. In fact, I definitely will be returning in the very near future. So many improvements in services, in decor and extra attention to details all amounted to a fabulous experience this go round. I could tell that the focus was on creating a great experience for customers. When you check in, you get to fill out a little sheet that includes a few questions and one of them is addressing the temperature of the water. Yes, that level of detail which was a great touch. I was not cold this go round because the blanket I was draped with was warm. The temperature of the water was perfect. Highly recommend you splurge and get the extra conditioning treatment especially if you dye your hair frequently like me. My hair after was super soft! It has not been like that in years because I color my hair frequently. I highly recommend the ultimate package because it encompassed everything I needed to relax. All the services (massage, facial) provided were phenomenal but the scalp massage was an experience out of this world. I wear a lot of ponytails/buns and get these headaches and scalp sensitivity spots and Mimi made them all disappear. I truly appreciated her attentiveness during the treatment. She wiped away some droplets of water that seeped into my ear. Truly above and beyond service. Go see Mimi! She has magical hands! It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. After my service was completed, I received a complementary blowout to make up for my past experience. That was a great touch from the owner, MyThanh. To me, that level of commitment to ensure my satisfaction and that the services met my expectations demonstrated that Ms. Le truly cared about her customers and their experiences at her spa. In this day & age, that’s refreshing. Heather, thank you for the wonderful blowout and for making my hair look super pretty in no time! I appreciated the chitchat and your time. Ms. Le, Thank you very much for ensuring my experience is so enjoyable. Your team and spa are amazing. A wonderful relaxing experience and it’s affordable too! You can visit the spa on your own or plan a girls day out with your sisters, best friends, or daughters. The more the merrier in my humble opinion. Will definitely be bringing my daughter for her birthday!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried several head spa places, but this one is my absolute favorite!! Everyone is always so welcoming and I just love the calming atmosphere. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Can’t wait until my next visit!

I went to this place for one of my birthday presents and let me tell you, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and it was so clean and nice inside. The whole experience was 1000/10. The ambiance once you’re taken inside to your massage station was so relaxing, the smells was amazing and the head massage, neck, and arms, back massage was just transcendent LOL I have to give Ashley her 5 stars because I will definitely be back!! Y’all please go and try this place you won’t regret it!! Oh and get the Ultimate package!! I’m already looking at my calendar for my next appointment 😂🙌🏼

this was my first massage and it was such a wonderful experience! it is so calming and therapeutic. everyone at Mer/Doremi are so kind, too. this was definitely worth the money and i will be back!! i had Dianne who was super kind and did an amazing job.

Wonderfully relaxing! This was my second time at Mer Head Spa and it was amazing! I’ve done several different head spas and I think Mer is the best! They’re opening a separate space from the hair salon and it is going to make the experience that much more amazing!!!
