My experience with the V-Day Lux package was amazing! Cassidy was incredibly sweet and professional throughout the entire treatment. I’m a bit of an antsy person and she was so kind in checking on me to ensure that I was still comfortable. She provided a very relaxing and cozy environment that allowed me to focus solely on myself and the care she provided. I’ve had several other head spas done at other locations and this was definitely top notch! The products and tools that she used really invigorated my scalp, my face, and neck area and left me feeling clean and refreshed. After the treatment, we chatted to my comfort level and it felt like she was genuinely interested in our conversation. So often during self-care treatments, conversation can either feel superficial or fall by the wayside, but Cassidy really made me feel heard and respected. Will definitely be returning!
