VA VETERANS READ THIS!!! I went to MassageCraft for almost 2 years and was very pleased with their services until they informed me the VA was changing their appointments to only 30 minutes. Then after a few months MassageCraft called me saying they had made changes and no longer can see me. After speaking with the VA, it turns out MassageCraft's owner lied!! They were the ones who changed the VA approved appointments to only 30 minutes. They effectively are forcing VA patients out of their practice!! Unbelievable!!

I was scheduled for therapeutic massage here some three months out through the Portland VA. Sure, that was an extraordinarily long time to wait, but at least I'd begin to get some relief. This morning, a month or two after the appointment was made, I was called and told that MassageCraft had simply canceled the appointment altogether. They seem to do good work and are thus in high demand, but it seems wild to me to watch a place already raking it in drop anyone, VA referral or otherwise, on their head like that. Back to the drawing board, starting over somewhere else at the very end of yet another painfully long wait list. 👊

My massage with Natalie was wonderful! She did a great job! The building wasn't very welcoming, relaxing or warm and there is a large staircase to use. But the massage itself was one of the best I've had!
