Don’t buy a gift card here! I was given a $100 gift card, and booked a massage (which I enjoyed very much, by Michelle). When it was over and I stopped at the front desk, the lady (I assumed the owner) told me I owed an additional $60 because I’m not a member! She was very insistent and pushy, wanting me to join and become a member which I had no interest in at that point. So all in all, the massage cost $100, extra $60 plus a $20 tip - $180!!! Ridiculous and bad business. I will not be back. This was for one of their hour massages.

I'm wondering if my experience was unique. I booked a 60 minute massage to only get a 45 minute massage in a 60 minute time slot. I paid $90 for a 45 minute massage. I've never scheduled again to use my gift card. My preference would be to email management, but I can only find a phone number on the website.

I have been to the Johnston Massage Heights twice now and each time I have had Michelle. She is great. Her hands and fingers are magic! I will ask for her every time now. The location is clean, relaxing and everyone is friendly!

The people who actually give you a massage are great. Unfortunately the business is run in a scandalous manner. They scam you on membership fees on gift cards. If someone gives you a massage as a present you should not have to pay and additional $60 membership fee to use the gift card. NEVER give them your credit card! Never going back!

Do not purchase Gift Cards here! The massages are fine. I’d say probably average quality. For the monthly cost it’s not a bad deal. But their non members prices are RIDICULOUS. They Jack up the non members prices in an attempt to get you to join their membership program. I had no intentions of joining but got a massage heights gift card from a family member for Christmas. So I booked a massage online. They charged me probably triple what I usually pay at my regular massage therapist. I told my family and recommended they never purchase gift cards from here again.
