I won’t be going to “Sally’s” anymore. The professionals at Marie’s know exactly what you need to achieve the look you want and will walk you through it. I went from dark hair to rose gold in less than two hours at home. First time dying my hair color. The instructions given by their team were dummy proof. If I would have followed the steps advised by Sally’s I would have orange hair instead of rose gold and it probably would have fallen out. Bleaching is completely unnecessary. Go to Marie’s, not Sally’s for advice and products. The products are only a dollar or two cheaper on Amazon so if you do need a product same day, this is the place to buy it. Marie’s customer service and expertise has earned my loyalty for my beauty needs.

Marie's is where I go to purchase my shade of nail polish (OPI Aphrodite's Pink Nightie) and they have it at a reasonable price. They also were having their St. Patrick's Day special that included a discount on what you purchased. So...I wanted to buy two bottles of the nail polish but, alas, they only had one. But I still saved 20%!

Diane gave me great customer service! She helped me with hair coloring. I love Marie's. There are so many great products there!

Marie’s staff are always friendly, helpful, and often knowledgeable about the products I’m interested in. I appreciate their effort to provide quality products, and a larger selection within the brands to choose from, rather than just a limited few. Great job!

NEVER AGAIN…We’ve always loved Marie’s Beauty our daughter adores the aesthetician there. We decided to give the hair salon a try. Booked a color for our daughter for her freshman year of Highschool (big deal looking snazzy for your first day.) We showed up to our scheduled appointment. The stylist told us she had no idea we had an appointment since she didn’t look at the books and asked us to come back in an hour. We don’t live in Anchorage so killed time waiting. Once we got there she asked what kind of haircut we were getting. Explained we booked a color not a cut. Told us she’d try to make it work and would have to double up clients (Which we agreed to since we were already there) The consultation was beyond rushed if you wanna call it a consultation she was talking to us from the mix room SO big misunderstanding on what we were even wanting. Once she applied the color she put our daughter under the dryer to process. She realized she forgot her phone at home and completely left the salon to run home to get it WHILE OUR DAUGHTERS PROCESSING WITH COLOR STILL ON HER HEAD and asked us to watch the door for her other client while she was gone. I’ve never in my life gone through an experience like this at a salon…… It was a Sunday so no other staff was there. On a serious note is that even legal to do? What if our daughters scalp/skin had a reaction? At checkout she offered a small discount however, total was still $180. We were in shock and speechless over the whole experience and went to another salon a week later to get it corrected. Due to this experience, and how uncomfortable It was we sadly decided to find a new aesthetician and will NEVER be back to the salon.

The gal who cuts hair didnt even bother standing up to talk to me as she was laying in the couch with her phone and told me she didn't take walk-ins which was surprising, giving that it was empty and she was in the middle of her nap

I had a great experience with Marie’s Beauty Salon & Supply. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and Stacey did a great job with cutting my hair. I am always hesitant with getting a haircut due to past experiences, but she really listened to what I wanted. Also, very reasonable prices!
