The head spa experience was very relaxing, but finding the place was a bit tricky. It’s located inside a building with multiple vendors in their own little pods, and there was no one at the entrance to guide us. If the technician hadn’t come to find us, we would have been confused about where to go. Once we got there, the technician was very nice and gentle on the scalp, making the experience soothing. One of the coolest parts was the scalp analysis—getting to see our scalp and roots up close on the screen was fascinating! It really gave insight into scalp health and what areas needed more care. However, we didn’t receive the neck, shoulder, and arm massage that was mentioned in the description, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the head spa was enjoyable, but clearer directions and ensuring all advertised services are provided would improve the experience.

I have visited a head spa before in a different state, so I was ecstatic to find one so close to home! This spa was hands down amazing! The service was thorough and the girls were very knowledgeable about the service and the results! Myself and three of my girlfriends did a couples spa and it was the best day! The blowout was efficient and made my hair look great! This service is 100% worth the drive and the cost!

I had a 90 min head spa appointment today with Michelle and to say the least it was amazing. I loved doing the before scalp analysis. The whole service was very through and relaxing x from the atmosphere, music, the darkness. She did an amazing job on the scalp massage and the neck and shoulder/arm massage was just the cherry on top. I loved the hot towel she used. The whole service was amazing and then som:x I highly recommended coming here and seeing Michelle i definitely will be rebooking.

So relaxing and very much needed! We did a girls day out and one of us sat in the massage chair while the other did the head spa. We left feeling like jello and my hair is so soft, shiny, and clean. I couldn’t believe the before and after photos! Nastassia is so sweet and instantly made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend

Highly recommend if you want to fully relax and get a good scalp treatment and massage. They were so nice and friendly! Also do a before and after scalp analysis too which helped me figure out a better way to take care of my hair.

Way overpriced for the services. I booked a spa for 2 at $400. It was in a small pod in a building of multiple pods of salon shops. When we entered the pod, one of us laid on the spa bed and one sat in the massage chair until we swap positions. The massage chair was relaxing, however every 15 minutes it had to be reset. The head spa was relaxing, however I was expecting a more intense exfoliation, scrub, and massage of the scalp. The signature blow out left my hair damp. The wine was nonexistent since I can’t drink a glass of wine and get behind the wheel of a car. Overall, the experience was way over priced for the services.

The scalp treatment and scalp massage felt great and were very relaxing. The neck shoulder and arm massage did not happen as advertised however, which was dissapointing. I was not shown how my scalp looked on the phone after the treatment. When arriving home, looking at my scalp I had the same issues as before the treatment. For the price, I was dissapointed. I will not be returning.
