I’ve done pedicure here and it was more than perfect. Awesome service. They were upfront about the 20% service charge during booking, so no surprise at the end.

Toni and Teri did a wonderful job taking care of my husband and me during our couples massage. The room had a relaxing presence, and the products used had a calming smell. At one point I started drifting to sleep! Thank you for adding an incredible experience to our vacation!

Very professional reception. many different treatments. Note that the full price is not stated when you book, there is a kind of fee to the person who perform the massage of $50 which should be included in the total price. Then it is important to know that if you have booked a 90-minute massage, there are different treatments to add. It’s very important to say no at the beginning, otherwise it can easily be mistakes (that they add something). It is also easy to think that if you add 30 minutes of treatment it will be 2 hours in total, but this is not the case. Summary: Professional and good, but tell the performer straight away if you don't want to add anything, otherwise it's easy to get a really juicy bill afterwards. Many thanks to Jessica who was very professional.

I had an excellent experience here! The staff were very professional and accommodating. My massage therapist went above and beyond my expectations. Yes, it was a little expensive but it was definitely worth the 60 minutes of pure bliss and the lasting effects. Will definitely visit again whenever I come back to town.

My wife and I got a couples massage at 7:30pm. We enjoyed the 80min massage. Since the Spa was only open for 10min after our massages, the staff provided us with a day-pass for the next day! We were able to come back and enjoy a few hours of Spa amenities & caught up on some reading while sitting in the private balcony! Definitely recommend!

had a very upsetting experience at Mandara Spa, and I feel compelled to share this as a warning to others. While staying at the Kalia Tower, I was quoted the same discounted price twice by two different concierge ladies on the 4th floor near the adults' pool. I agreed to book a massage for the next day. However, I never received a confirmation because the concierge lady had written my email address incorrectly. On the day of my appointment, my sister and I enjoyed a lovely 90-minute massage, thanks to the skilled and kind masseuse. Unfortunately, the pleasant experience was ruined when I went to pay. The receptionist told me the fee was double the price I had agreed upon when booking. I was shocked and felt like I was being accused of lying. I asked if the concierge ladies could be called to clarify the misunderstanding. One of them came and, instead of resolving the issue, doubled down on their claim, again making me feel like I was lying about the price I was quoted. This felt like a twisted and dishonest tactic. To make matters worse, the spa director came to speak with me, and his behavior was appalling. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel belittled. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, I was left with no choice but to pay double the agreed fee. This experience was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. My advice to anyone planning to book a massage here: Demand a confirmation at the time of booking. Double-check that your email address is written correctly. What happened to me felt planned and manipulative, and no customer should have to endure such treatment.

This spa is amazing! From the time you step off the elevator til the time you leave everyone there makes you feel like a queen! They help with picking the best experience for you and the wrap, scalp treatment and massage were incredible!! Skin was smooth and glowing, hair was so shiny, oh and that massage put me to sleep. I wish I could have gone each day of my trip. Spend the money and get a few treatments not just one. It’s well worth it! Also in the floor with the adults only pool which is nice if you just need a moment.

Came here for a Mani Pedi thinking it would be so luxurious at the spa. I asked if the nail tech was comfortable doing French tip and she seemed offended I asked and told me of course. When shaping my nails they were uneven and I asked her to fix it she didn't understand and handed me the file to do it myself and when painting the French tip basically did is straight across. When I asked if she was going to clean up the line she asked what I meant so obviously doesn't know to do a French tip so I had her finish and I left and went somewhere else to have it all removed. Can't believe such an expensive place was so bad.
