If I can give more than 5 stars, I definitely will. Today, January 21st, 2025. I visited LUSTRE and met with the owner, Shelley. She gave me one of the most memorable experiences I have had in many years. The treatment was exceptional. From start to finish, the products used her technique and way of working. Fits with the ambiance. Soothing loving and bliss, those are the words I will use to describe my session. Again, thank you, and bless you for such a peaceful relaxing experience

It's exceptional service. I received the head spa with blow dry services. The owner is wonderful and great at what she does. I love it very much. Relaxing ambience, convenient location. Highly recommend. Love it so much! And besides, you can get your head spa and then walk next door to eat at Jessie Sandwich shop and then next next door to Gigi's supermarket to get Korean ice cream 🍨 so wonderful. I have such a wonderful wonderful experience.

10/10 recommend to do for yourself or give as a gift! From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience! Shelly was very welcoming and knowledgeable and explained the process as well as showed me what my scalp looked like with a camera. Everything was clean and I loved the decor! There was even a personalized letter board with my name! The products she used smelled amazinggg and clean/freash. The whole service was so relaxed and calming and left my scalp feeling like it could breathe again! I did opt for the blow out, which Shelly did explain she doesn’t use a flat iron. I do have curly course hair so I would probably save on that next time and opt out. Overall one of the best services/experiences iv ever had, and would prefer this over a massage or facial any day!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a comforting, quiet and clean atmosphere. You're given a small consultation before going into the massage room where Shelley scans your scalp with a small camera to see how your scalp health is and discuss any issues you may be having. I was pleasantly surprised to see a little sign with my name on it when I entered the massage room. Shelley is very kind and informative before getting into the treatment. The whole experience was heavenly and my scalp has never felt cleaner! At the end, I was given a sample bottle of the Flower Fall spray she uses on your hair, a claw clip and a flower. Everything is so personalized and you can tell the owner (Shelley) is passionate about what she does. I did the normal headspa treatment this time, but I can't wait to go back and try some of the other haircare services she offers. 10/10 service, highly recommend! 🌷💆‍♀️✨

My experience at LUSTRE was beyond incredible. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. I’ve never had anything done like this before and I left with my scalp feeling light and airy. Shelly is most definitely is knowledgeable in everything scalp health. Can’t wait to go back!!

I just had my first visit to LUSTRE Headspa LLC for the Signature Headspa Ritual, and it was an absolutely heavenly experience! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s clear they are passionate about scalp health and hair care. The service itself was beyond relaxing, and my hair feels incredible! I left feeling completely refreshed, and I can already tell a difference in my scalp and hair. I will definitely be back and highly recommend LUSTRE to anyone looking for a luxurious, rejuvenating head spa experience!

All I can say is if you're on the fence about trying this self indulgent guilty pleasure...just do it!! My favorite part of getting a haircut is the shampoo but that only lasts 3-5 minutes. Imagine your best shampoo experience lasting 50min. Pure heaven! Shelley at Lustre head spa is as great as her service. I got to learn why she decided to open her establishment and share her knowledge of scalp therapy. It starts out technical with a very close look at the follicles of your scalp, then it turns physical with the most relaxing head massage not just with Shelley's fingers but with multiple scalp stimulating tools that without a doubt feel magical!! The botanicals she uses for cleansing are a bonus to your olfactory bulbs...not at all overpowering but quite demure. If your scalp and hair could feel zen, this would be it. Not to mention the halo waterfall rinse is pure bliss. Like raindrops of sunshine delivered straight to your head. Unfortunately, all good things must end (for at least 30 days) because I enjoyed this experience so much I chose the monthly membership which enables me to pamper my scalp and feel the zen for a whole year. Thank you Shelly, your eye for detail is apparent with the fresh appearance of your spa and all the little extras did not go unnoticed. As well as, your passion to balance and restore health and vitality to a body part that is sadly overlooked.
