My husband and I got the full spa day service. Hands down the best massage and facial we’ve each ever received! Really impressed with this facility. Clean, chic alongside amazing service. Highly recommend for anyone.

Hairstylist Nicole is the best! She has cut and colored my hair and cut my teen and tween daughters hair (including curtain bangs) and even my husbands hair and everyone is incredibly happy. She's a pro and truly knows how to cut curly hair. She gave me the best cut I've ever had. She's also a genuinely wonderful person. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Lucinda’s for many years, primarily for massages, pedicures, and facial services. The experiences have always been relaxing and enjoyable and I have found all of the technicians to be accommodating, professional, and attentive. I appreciate a deep tissue massage and Ben and Samual do an amazing job. Sylvia does great facial and Lisa Marie is a favorite for pedicures. The front desk staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommend Lucinda’s for your spa experience.

Had my first facial today with Dawn. She was absolutely amazing. I had the hydolessance facial. Not completely knowing how great it was going to be, everytime I thought is was just about over, there was more. I cluding a foot massage!! Dawn was great. She was gentle, professional and made me feel like a million bucks when I left. I had only had my eyebrows waxed with Dawn last week. That was my first visit. My significant other waqs really wanting me to book a manicure to fix what my nail biting habit has created. At first I was hesitant but with Lucinda's scheduling my appointment was easy. I got Megan as my technician and she was perfect. She gave me some tips on how to keep away from biting my nails while also being very informational. The whole process has helped me with my habits and I plan on going back and getting another manicure with Megan!

I have been here for 2-3 appointments over the years, and I recently came in for a massage because they had a last minute opening. I receive bodywork and massage often and I love it. I had a particular headache going on that day and I knew that massaging a certain area on my back would relieve it, so I communicated that with the masseuse. During the massage she worked a lot on other areas than the area I mentioned, and she seemed pretty resistant to feedback. When I communicated once during the massage she seemed annoyed. I’m usually very go with the flow and never give direction in a massage, but what she was not great and wasn’t what my body needed and it seemed like a waste of a 30 min targeted massage to work on completely different areas then I had asked. Her energy was not great and she did not seem receptive to understanding my body and what I needed. She also didn’t seem to have the capacity to do deep tissue work. Out of hundreds and hundreds of massages this was one of the least enjoyable I’ve had.

Don’t waste your time or money. 1st time client and this place was awful. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. My esthetician Brittany showed up late to the appointment and then had me leaving 20 minutes early when I was schedule for an hour and a half…. When the owner Marissa called she was not understanding in the slightest and made the excuse of it being due to cleaning time that’s put into your appointment time, which is not a thing that should be left out of a clients scheduled time. She didn’t think it was wrong of her working showing up late and having the service ended 20 minutes early. I called the day before and was explained that the dermaplane facial takes an hour and half so it sounds like an excuse to me. I was not offered any compensation for them taking time out of my appointment I paid my hard earned money for. I highly reccomend choosing a different local business that treats you right, cares about patient satisfaction and making it right, and puts your time before their cleaning time!
