As someone who loves getting massages I am so glad I found this place while vacationing in Waikiki. I contacted them for a same day appointment and they found a time for me to come in. These ladies treated me with such kindness! The massage service was amazing and I felt instantly relaxed and refreshed! The place was also very clean. Thank you so much for being one of the highlights of my trip. I will indeed come back again! ❤️

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! These ladies are the true definition of the Aloha spirit. Being a massage therapist myself, they gave me some great ideas to bring into my practice. From the moment you step foot in their business doors, you are greeted with a friendly and warm welcoming. The complementary foot bath was amazing & I loved you got to pick out your own aroma therapy. They even have a charging station for your phone, such a smart idea. My massage therapist’s name was Shoko, she was very attentive & checked in with pressure. Before coming, I had hiked in Kauai a couple days prior so I was pretty sore. I walked out rejuvenated & ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation. We bonded after talking about Japan & what parts they were from since me & my fiancé had just visited a couple months prior. Their warmth & sweet demeanor is something I will cherish & always remember. Thank you for making my experience so memorable.

My mom and I came here for my birthday and I am pleased to say Luana spa exceeded our expectations!! Our masseuses were lovely and gave us a nurturing fun relaxing experience we won’t forget. From the moment we walked in the staff were so lovely and kind by giving us a personal experience! This was 100% better than spending too much money at a hotel spa rather to Luana spa where they really take care of you!! Safe to say we will be coming back and highly reccomend this to anyone!!

I don’t even know where to begin. The hospitality and service was incredible. Booked a lomi lomi massage for my mom and a Facetime (lomi lomi + facial) session for myself. The minute you step in, you are welcomed with a complimentary foot bath and you get to choose an essential oil of your choice that is of high quality. I felt like i transported to Japan during this experience due to the quality of service. The ladies did a wonderful job giving my mom and I the best massage experience. And trust me, we have gotten massages around the world and this is the best one yet.

Amazing experience and service! I have been to many massage places and this is much better than any of the big hotel chains. Go here for sure if you are in the area. I got a prenatal massage and it was great and very comfortable + the foot soak and souvenir at the end.

These ladies were absolutely FABULOUS. Their business was clean, calming and nicely decorated. Prices were SO AMAZING, especially for the area. They were professional and kind from beginning to end, they even walk you out to the elevator! I am new to massages and couldn't have been happier with mine; I cannot recommend them enough!
