Fantastic new business in Cranston you’ve got to check out! Lotus Head Spa is a wonderful way to get your relaxation on. I was greeted warmly by a young lady with glasses who also checked me out when I departed - she was polite, quick & provided great customer service. I chose the Sakura package which was well worth the indulgence! Lee (Le?sp) provided my head spa service which began with a full upper body massage! She did a great job of easing my sore muscles after a great workout the day before. After the massage you enjoy a lovely multi step facial with Gua Sha that leaves your skin supple & refreshed. From there you begin your scalp experience which is a decadent series of washes, rinses, scalp massage, combing & other delights. My appointment was 95 minutes of absolute relaxation. Truly lovely. Lee did an absolutely fantastic job and was super kind with a gentle, Therapeutic touch. 10/10 recommend!! They have a great promotion going on for new customers to enjoy the service at a discount so it’s the perfect time to give them a chance! The business is very new & has a few opportunities for enhancement. A small suggestion: transition to all crisp white linens which provide clientele with a clear sterile aesthetic or if not white use gray or another neutral & have all linens including sheets, towels, blankets ect in the same color tone. One small change that can add to the value perception with an ultra polished presentation.

Amazing! So amazing!! You’ll walk into a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Lights are dim, people are whispering, music is quiet & calm. Staff were friendly & so sweet! They did an amazing job with my Zen Head Therapy treatment. The heated eye mask was wonderful! Everything had an amazing smell. I loved all the different tools she used, the different massages & how she didn’t rush through my treatment. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend! I will absolutely be back! I can not wait to go back! They also own the nail salon on the side of the spa, so I am excited to stop in there for a pedicure.

They deserve more than five stars. The front desk staff was lovely and welcoming. I did the Nirvana package and it was exactly what I needed. The stress just melted away and the sheer amount that they do for the price is outstanding. I can't wait to be back with my loved ones to enjoy again. I highly recommend for ultimate stress relief, especially with the excellent massage aspect.

From the moment you walk in the door to the end of service you are relaxed. It is a warm atmosphere with the lights dim, comfortable chairs while you wait for your service and lit candles to bring a nice ambiance. My husband and I both received the Zen Head Therapy treatment and loved every moment of it. We both were experiencing a dry scalp and this treatment certainly helped our skin and hair. My hair is long and felt amazing for days after. The service was great and I would highly recommend.

Walking into the Spa it was very quiet and just opening for the day. I was offered a seat in a comfortable leather chair and a small bottle of water while i waited. The lights were lowered and there was a beautiful lotus chandelier in the center of the ceiling. I didn’t have to wait long before i was brought to my area. I ordered the Nirvana Treatment which included a head, neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as the hair and scalp treatment. The scents used were lovely and they treatment was extremely relaxing. The technician let me know what she was doing throughout which was very nice. The only minor complaints I had were when the phone would ring it would bring me out of my zen momentarily and the sink under my head kept gurgling when the water was turned off which would do the same. The last small issue was the knee pillow was not big enough to eliminate back pain for me so i had to re position my legs a bit. Other than those minor 3 things, the treatment and service was wonderful. My skin and hair felt so smooth for days after and I was extremely relaxed when I got up. I highly recommend the Spa for a relaxing treatment!

Relaxing atmosphere with soothing music playing in the background. Friendly and sweet staff. The head spa was fantastic! The head massage, heated eye mask, shampoo and conditioning, facial and neck, back and arm massage were so relaxing. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back!

I'm SO excited there's a head spa near me, especially since it's right next to Nifty Nails! 💅 After my mani-pedi, I treated myself to the Zen Head Therapy and wow, it was an amazing 45-minute treatment. I've been searching for something like this since traveling in Asia, and this experience surpassed even those! My scalp gets super dry in the winter, and the treatment did wonders. It was incredible to see the before-and-after scalp analysis of my hair follicles – so cool! The treatment started with an aromatic oil, followed by a self-heating eye mask that was pure bliss. The products they used – shampoo, conditioner, serum – were so hydrating and smelled divine. And instead of a regular hair steamer, their version steamed not only my scalp but my face too, and with a face mask on, it really locked in the heat and hydrated my skin. Lee, my specialist, was fantastic, always making sure I was comfortable. No doubt that this might become a routine after getting my nails done because of the relaxation and benefits I saw immediately.

My bestfriend and I went today. We did the nirvana treatment 129$ for 90 minutes. Such a great experience. When you get there they show you your scalp with a microscope on a digital screen so they know what products to use during your treatment. They massage your whole head, neck, shoulders, back, chest, arms & hands. They also wash and massage your face, apply a face mask & have a steam treatment they did (your eyes are covered with a heated eye mask the whole time but I saw the plastic dome they put over your head when I was done which is how the steam stayed) 10/10 recommend. If you’re questioning going just do it! You will not be disappointed! They also use redken products which are really good for your hair. Will be back!
