I had an absolutely incredible experience at Lose Your Mind Head Spa in Charleston! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious, setting the tone for total relaxation. Jen was phenomenal—she has an amazing touch and made the entire experience feel like pure bliss. The scalp massage, foot massage, and overall pampering left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but it is absolutely worth every penny. If you’re looking for a top-tier self-care experience that melts away stress and leaves you feeling amazing, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend this spa enough! It is the absolute most relaxing hour! My hair felt and smelled great, my body felt amazing with the chair massage, and her special foot massage! The room itself is so relaxing. You have to try it at least once for yourself! You deserve the treatment.

This was bar none the best “self-care” treatment I’ve done to date! As someone who has had tremendous hair loss due to chronic Lyme disease and mold toxicity, I’m starting to slowly see it grow back and there’s no doubt in my mind that scalp massages by Jennifer will help accelerate that growth and thickness. It’s such a relaxing, soothing, therapeutic and calming experience that you literally leave floating out of the treatment room! Jennifer has a wonderful energy and is clearly gifted when it comes to connecting with her guests, her technique is exceptional and her industry knowledge superb. I live two hours south and will be coming on a regular basis that’s how much I loved this treatment but specifically because Jennifer is simply the best!

You will most certainly “Lose Your Mind” at Jen’s spa! Jen is so caring and thoughtful - meeting me in the lobby because I was lost trying to find her suite (this was user error as I often have trouble finding places). This was my first time getting a scalp treatment, and I appreciated how caring and attentive to detail Jen was in guiding me through her treatment process. I am so glad this self-care appointment was part of my *winter arc* and I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax from a hectic day at work (or home)! Her soothing voice adds to the calming sounds of boiling tea and spa music. Afterwards, I didn’t want to leave and even had trouble getting up from the massage chair because I was so relaxed. My scalp felt so much better and my hair never looked so voluminous in my life. You absolutely will not regret a self-care day at Jen’s!

Loved my experience with Jen! I got to visit this beautiful spa as a birthday present, and it was the perfect thing to do to have a relaxing day in Charleston. Jen’s space is beautiful and filled with gorgeous handmade artwork, the vibes were lovely and she is so considerate and welcoming! This was my favorite treatment I’ve gotten in a spa setting, and I will definitely be back to visit!
