Makenzie was WONDERFUL. She was polite, knowledgeable, and great at facials. The sauna beforehand was relaxing and gave this mom of four some peace and quiet. My face feels so fresh and soft! The whole spa was top notch, clean, and relaxing. I can't wait to come back.

My first ever massage, and it will be pretty hard to beat that experience! The front desk ladies were amazingly sweet—they made sure we were comfortable, answered all of our questions, and ensured we had everything we needed. My masseuse, Jamie, was absolutely amazing as well! The whole experience was relaxing and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Always treated like royalty there. Everyone truly seems kind and professional. It's relaxing and the atmosphere is perfect. I recently visited a spa in South Dakota and all I could do was compare the whole time. The Lor is awesome and we love it!

I am not sure if the Swedish massage was supposed to be a full hr. It wasn't an hr. There was a few complications with the massage. Yet I will come back. It is a clean and friendly place. The concierge was very helpful escorting me to each room for, for each relaxing experience. The ambience was delightful. I had a package experience. I do recommend.

Amazing customer service from everyone and a beautiful spa throughout. We had a great relaxing day thanks to Tammy, McKenzie and the rest of the amazing staff! Facials were great!
