Viktoriya was very kind, knowledgeable and gave me great tips for my dry ends! My partial highlights were beautifully matched to my current ones, and she knew exactly where to place them. Since this business was sold to Lola the customer service and friendly atmosphere has disappeared. The front desk staff and estheticians whom I was familiar with have been let go. Avoid using the punchcard, I do not trust their book keeping, as it seemed that I had fewer punches than I actually used and there were surcharges and extra fees when I used mine. The service so-so neither amazing or horrible. After years at Catlyns, now that Lola is the proprietor, I am ready to find a new day-spa.

Atmosphere of the spa was very warm and welcoming! Tuvala, the receptionist, and the owner Carleton greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. Was very nervous going in but Christie who worked with me was very nice and made me comfortable throughout my whole experience. Overall experience was perfect and can’t wait to see them again next week for a much needed pampering ❤️

I love this place- Catelyn is excellent at what she does! I’ve been going here for waxing for 6 months and enjoy this place- their prices are competitive, everything is clean, and they make you feel very comfortable during your experience. One time, there was some hair missed during my wax, and I called about it the following day and they fixed it right away!

Today I got my hair cut and colored by Marcy, a part of Catelyn’s Place Day Spa. She has been an Anchorage Press Pick three years in a row! I am never disappointed with my service. The only down side to the salon is it’s a little dated. Could use a remodel. For that reason I am giving Four stars.

Today Vyktoria took amazing care of me! Not only was my services done impeccably but during she added an eyebrow color and wax and eye lash color. I left a new woman!

didnt like my haircut. the hairdresser cut the layers too short which i dont want. i even showed her the pics and it was CLEARLY long layers. the communication was bad too. never going at that place again. dont go to that place if you dont want to look like a homeless when you walk out of that place.
