I loved my experience at Lola Rosa Head Spa🧘🏾‍♀️!! It was so relaxing from start to finish. The waiting room had a luxurious feel, aroma scent and calming music which offered a tranquil experience. I selected the Nuture Me Experience and it was rejuvenating, soothing and therapeutic. Prior to the head spa treatment, Mesha H provided an in-depth hair analysis. She was very knowledgeable and I was able to view my scalp with the technology device that Lola Rosa Head Spa provided. Mesha H provided outstanding services and I will definitely make this apart of my self-care routine.

If I could give ten stars I would! The BEST and most relaxing experience!! From the moment I walked in, being greeted by Kennedi and another specialist, to Janae coming right out to take me back to the room, the spa’s atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. And to also mention the owner, Erika popping in for a special visit to see me, a pleasant surprise! The perfect way to closeout my birthday week. Janae took great care of me; educating me with the scalp analysis as well as recommendations on natural wellness tips and hair products to address my problem areas, and some of my hair and scalp concerns. The head spa was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I will certainly be back, and looking forward to the second location opening soon!

Loved the service I had at Lola Rosa Head Spa, my first time there, and I will be scheduling appointments regularly to add to my regular self-care. My specialist, Rochelle, was so bomb! I found this place through someone I follow on Instagram. So glad I saw her post! ♥️🙌🏽♥️

The service was excellent, the staff was pleasant, and the spa itself was beautiful. Plenty of parking was nice as well. I opted for the Nurture Me Growth experience ($150), which included a deep scalp cleansing with tea tree. While the experience was relaxing, after the initial scalp examination, they didn’t show me the results post-treatment. It would have been nice to see how effective the cleansing was, if any. One major downside was the additional cost for a blow-dry. It was not included in the treatment, and is priced on length of the hair ($165 total for me). Unfortunately, the blow-dry was not thorough -my scalp was still damp, and when I walked outside, my hair swelled up immediately. No styling was included in the cost, and while I did ask for scalp recommendations, they were more like general suggestions rather than personalized advice. Additionally, I treated my mother to the experience and blow dry (total $180 for longer hair), and after leaving a tip, I paid around $400. While the ambiance, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff were all excellent, I didn’t feel the value fully matched the price. If the pricing structure and post-treatment transparency were different, it would easily be a five-star experience!

This was my first time at the spa and it was a great experience. Did not realize this was what I needed. My specialist, Gloria, was amazing. The head and neck massage was so relaxing, with just enough firmness, and not too hard. I felt relaxed and comfortable. My hair was clean and my scalp felt refreshed. I would definitely recommend.

Listen to me carefully….this was on the best experiences I’ve ever had. Lola Rosa Head Spa was clean, relaxing, the people were amazing and the service was top tier! Mesha was so kind and welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. The service was exceptional, her attention to detail was immaculate and the products she used were amazing in every way. I highly recommend this service to anyone interested in treating yourself to some self care or gifting it to someone else!

Sunday, I experienced my first Japanese-inspired head massage and it did not disappoint. It was so relaxing, it reminded me when I was little girl, when my sister used to play in my hair…..I loved it!! I highly recommend it and definitely suggest that you request Mesha. She is fantastic and has the hands of an angel, just the right touch. Black women, we're under so much stress dealing with family, work and health issues, you deserve to treat and pamper yourself if only for an hour. Make your appointment today!!

The service itself is an AMAZING experience! It was relaxing, therapeutic and it was exactly what my hair and scalp needed. The space was warm and welcoming; from the music to the scent to the energy that the fantastic staff exuded from the moment we walked in! They were friendly, kind, welcoming and warm. Mesha did my treatment and not only did she make me feel comfortable, she was great at explaining the process and even took time to educate me regarding my scalp follicles and hair growth. I left feeling good, relaxed, more knowledgeable about my hair care and I'm very excited for my next appointment.
