A few yrs ago we stayed here we got in late. When we walked in the room the TV was left on a porn channel who ever was watching tv didn't shut it off. The bathroom was dirty the floor was sticky and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. I never came back to this place because of that bad experience. A week ago we called our usual hotel but they were booked up this was our only option. My daughter and her husband's had a separate room both rooms were not vacuumed the bathroom floors were dirty. Our bathroom smelled like urine. I always carry lysol spray and cleaning wipes with bleach I sprayed and wiped down everything. The TV shuts off and we have to wait a while to turn it back on and no towels to take shower and we didn't have a lot of options for breakfast. My three grandkids were looking forward to swimming but the pool is closed, it was closed a few years ago when we stayed here too.. I told my daughter I thought after all these years this place would have improved but it hasn't. We complained to the desk clerk(finally someone at the desk when no one was there last night) she said she would let her supervisor know Never again will I stay here!

Some employees re nice to deal with, the few who are not so nice make the time spent there kinda annoying. Getting extra supplies for the room is almost non existant, housekeeping is inconvient when you work on nightshift. Rooms are nice , no phone to call, the door to My room likes to come back and hit you if you dont move fast enough. This is the only hotel that ran out of breakfast that I have stayed in the area . No laundry facilities on premises, have to go to the hotel next door for that.

Checking in today was a joke. Had to walk to Teddys to check-in. It was way overpriced because all booking sites were $30 cheaper or more. The room is semi clean. The phone cord is beyond sticky and disgusting as it stuck to the table. When I tried calling the front desk, no one was available at 9pm. I called Teddys and was told there was no maintenance people to help the TV issue as the remote doesn't work. I also inquired why there is only one wash cloth and 3 guests. Kinda gross expectations if you ask me. All in all, stayed here for 4 years and this year has been by far the worst the rooms, hallways and customer service have ever been. Will stay somewhere else next time for sure. Sad because my family is here every 2 to 3 weeks for at least 3 days. Update: No one vacuumed or swept the floors because there are shelled sunflower seeds on carpets under bed and also in the bathroom.

The man checking us in was great. The girl checking us out was awful. The breakfast bar looks nice then you go to eat. Eggs, bacon, potatoes and yogurt were our options. Everything was cold. I'd expect that from the yogurt but the eggs and potatoes also?! We asked about bread and a gentlemen said he was just coming on and brought us out bread. We were at the breakfast bar by 8 and it doesn't close until 9. When we were checking out we tried to express it to the women worker. She looked like she was looking right through us. When we asked if she was actually listening she said huh? How poor of customer service is that? Room was nice but when deciding between 3 hotels in the area I chose this because of how the breakfast bar looked. I will not stay here again.

Was in town for one night for a work related service call. Stayed here since there were minimal options nearby. The other place(s) didn’t look very inviting/promising and didn’t have the best reviews. My stay was ok. Bed was comfy, sheets were nicely made on the bed, and room seemed to be reasonably clean. It was quiet with no excessive noises from nearby or other rooms. Overall not a bad place to stay for a few nights or so. However, my room smelled rather musty upon initially walking in — it was coming from the bathroom likely from the drain pipes not properly venting or maybe needing cleaning as that seemed to be the main source of the poor smell. There were clean towels but absolutely no soaps available in my room, not even a simple hand soap for washing your hands at the bathroom sink! Can’t say I’ve ever been to a modern hotel that didn’t even supply at least a hand soap at the sink. The shower was also rather poorly lit and might make some feel claustrophobic with the way it’s laid out by being closed off and in a corner with a fairly narrow entrance. There also were no USB ports in the wall outlets or on the lamps surprisingly — once again any other modern/updated hotel I’ve been to has had at least a couple USB ports available on the outlets or the lamps for phone charging. The pool and spa were out of service (however this was disclosed ahead of time on their website which was appreciated to know that). The counter staff weren’t the best or most courteous. They weren’t rude but they weren’t the most helpful and didn’t seem to take pride in top notch customer service. The person who was there at checkout was a bit more personable than the one who checked me in though at least. When I checked in I was not directed to where to find my room as most other hotels will tell you automatically which direction/hallway to take to your room. Breakfast was small with not a lot of options. There was no do not disturb sign to put on the door either like any other hotel I’ve been to. One stairway was also closed due to construction, I was not advised of that during check in nor were there any signs posted in the halls for advanced warning — having been in the fire service myself this is a major safety concern to me, as it leaves only one stairwell available for use in the event of an emergency evacuation where the elevator can/should not be used. This could easily cause congestion and confusion as well as delays for anyone who might travel to the closed stairway not knowing it can’t be used until they would reach the closed door which had a piece of paper taped to it. I understand construction is necessary for building maintenance/upkeep, but having proper notice for an evacuation plan would be useful. The hotel right next door has a laughably small pool so I opted not to stay there either, but when checking in a staff member had a shirt with both hotel names on it which leads me to believe they’re both owned and/or managed by the same company. Overall not the worst place to stay and still seemed much better than the other choices up the road. Could’ve been better though, too. However all the issues I had are issues that could easily be fixed for future guests of management takes the appropriate actions and attention. If I’m back in the area I likely would still stay at this one again if I needed to stay a night or more for work, but I would come more prepared next time with things like extra soaps even if it’s for just one night and plan better for a breakfast meal elsewhere.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. The beds were just okay, but not extremely comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, so we skipped it. The stairs near our room were being worked on, so we had to use the elevator.

Continental breakfast was lacking. Check-in takes forever. But rooms were clean, even though over priced.

The room was good and clean. However the hallways need a lot of cleaning and breakfast is far below par: in other words: it sucks and responsible staff did not seem to care. Also: when checking in there was a problem with the financial coverage by the booking agent and the receptionist needed to call his manager. The room was payed for in advance. The manager told that she would work it out. While in that case a credit card is for incidentals and the front office said the would not use it, it has now been used to pay for the room without telling the customer. This is really not done. In my opinion this hotel needs (a) new management (style).
