Lemon Massage Therapy and Skin Care

Scheduling the appointment online and checking in was very smooth and streamlined. The facility was clean and inviting. We had a couples massage that was so relaxing and helped our sore muscles after a long drive. Maria and Anna were amazing! They are excellent and reading your body's reactions and adjusting pressure. I cannot express enough how relaxed I was afterwards. I am already planning another visit.

My husband and I have gone here several times and had a great experience every time. We typically do the couples massage. It's nice to be in the same room. I love how the gals use their whole body for the massage. We find that the pressure is great and they ask if we need it adjusted. Definitely would recommend but I would give a warning when I say they use their whole body! I like it but it may take others by surprise!

Very satisfied for our 60 min. couples massage. I would’ve liked a more thorough butt massage instead of a few pokes on the muscles but the stretching was amazing, also would’ve liked more on the feet as I felt the feet were only done for 2 mins, only because I wear steel toe boots every day for work. My husband was very satisfied as he has no pain tolerance and she was elbow deep as he was still enjoying every minute of it. Our ladies were fantastic. Was a little confused why there was a third lady in the room, but then were thinking maybe still a training or some sort. Thank you ladies again so so relaxing

I love this place! I had a massage and facial combo today! Amy is the best massage therapist in Iowa…. The massage was truly therapeutic and relaxing. They know how to isolate my trouble spots and focus on them . The facial was perfect. So soothing and cleansing. The before and after look in the mirror was really cool. You could actually see a difference In my crows feet and skin glow. This place is the best I have ever been to . I highly recommend this spa !

I am so impressed with this this Massage store. I went in today for a 90 minute massage and a 30 minute facial. The store was clean and neat, the two ladies in the store had nice matching Nurse like uniforms. The music was soft. The lighting was perfect. Even the Aroma Therapy smells drifted throughout the entire store. Amy was my Therapist. This little woman is a dynamo! she is very strong and her hands and fingers were able to seek out my problem areas to generate a response from me. It was amazing! I fell asleep in total relaxation. I asked Amy if I snored and she said that is how she knows when she has created total relaxation for a client. So Incredible. After my massage we moved to a different room where she steamed my face and deep cleaned my pours. I have never had a facial before but I was amazed that she seemed to actually massage my face and neck. She showed me a side by side look in a hand mirror of one side of my face massaged vs. the other not massaged. Its was incredible! One side looked so much better. At the end of the service, I had to admit to Amy that this was the best spa treatment of any kind that I have ever had in my life. I feel so great now! This store is a hidden gem in West Des Moines. I rebooked for next week. I love this place! Highly recommend Lemon Massage Therapy! 10 Stars !!

I have been 4-5 times now and every massage has been wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of Cici, she is by far the best masseuse I've ever had and would recommend her to anyone! Will be back again!

DIRTY... Prices are very deceiving on the websight. For the cost they charge and arm and leg and ear and the place is run down and dirty looking. I expect to pay that price at high end massage places not some run down, dirty not relaxing place. Lights were bright, wasn't comfortable at all. Only gave it 1 star because the girls were good and quiet but did feel weird when they climb on you on all fours. After I left the review this human calls and then texts me saying I had no right to say what I felt. See attached. This place is beyond unprofessional and should not be in business. Could of called and tried to make it right for something over 500$ for 90 min. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
