This was one of the best services I’ve had done. The experience with Melisa at LAVA Head Spa was exceptional. From the moment of arrival, the ambiance was very relaxing, calming, and inviting. Melisa took initial photos and explained to me what we were looking at before getting started with the treatment. She made an effort in understanding my concerns and any issues I was having that she could address. She is very educational and skilled in her craft. She talked to me about why certain symptoms happen, how there will be a change in my scalp after the treatment, and which products can be used for scalp care, based on what I experience. The service was intricate and meticulous. After the service, she took after photos and discussed them with me. Melisa talked to me about a personalized/suggested timeline of when to return and what would be best for me. She also answered my questions about what services would be best for my husband and both of us together. Melisa is a very hard worker and prioritizes the client’s satisfaction with the service. I will be returning for my scalp care. I’m so happy that I found Melisa and LAVA Head Spa. She’s one of the best people I’ve met in beauty/health care.

I just left my lava head spa appointment and can’t recommend it enough!! Karen was amazing in explaining what to expect and did a phenomenal job in addressing my scalp issues!! My scalp has never been so clean!! I can’t wait to come back for maintenance!!

Wow! What an amazing experience with Karen! The scalp massage and treatment was top notch. It was relaxing ! My scalp feels 10000 times better after. The before photos and after photos are drastic. If you are thinking about doing scalp massage it is definitely worth it!!! Highly recommend. It’s even better than the instagram video!! Wonderful job Karen!
