5 Stars. Lalai is a wonderful friendly day spa. You can expect and enjoy five star service every visit. Lalai is my favorite place for the best facial in town. Melanie is so nice and very knowledgeable. She offers the services that best suit me. They offer many exclusive services and are about to open the new head spa. Every experience is relaxing, professional, reasonably priced and personal. Scheduling is easy and accommodating. I highly recommend you give yourself the opportunity to experience Lalai. You will love it and want to return. I find myself really looking forward to my next appointment. Lalai definitely deserves this 5 Star Review.

Lalai Day Spa is fantastic! I had my first massage here. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Andrea was so welcoming and nice. She started the visit by asking me what areas were of concern, and did a great job and was very thorough. Felt so blissful and calm afterwards. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. Neither of us had a massage before, so we had no idea what to expect. Barinda and Sierra were wonderful! The place is welcoming and tranquil. I booked for my wife’s birthday. She enjoyed her experience and we’ll be booking again. Her feedback: I’m not new to massages to I knew what to expect. I didn’t know what services were booked for me when I arrived. My therapist was Whitney, I appreciated how she asked what my areas of concern were to ensure what was booked aligned. I received attention to my trouble areas, aromatherapy, hot stones and foot scrub. There was no issue with me removing cupping from what was pre booked for me. My hair is very long, and I appreciated the add-on bonnet to make me comfortable and keep my hair tidy throughout. This was the best service I’ve received and I am I regular at massages. Will definitely be back for facials and other services this spa offers.

Lalai Spa is a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in the door till you leave, they care about your comfort, ease, and happiness. I received a custom massage and my masseuse took the time to understand what I was looking for and frequently checked in on me throughout the massage to ensure that I wasn’t in pain and enjoying my experience. After walking out of my massage, I now feel and understand that this is part of my self-care and health routine and I will be coming back for future massages.

I booked a massage to prep myself for surgery. This was by far the best massage I’ve had, and I used to go to a Thai massage place a couple times a month. I felt welcome from the start, and the environment is calm, soothing, welcoming and very clean. I asked for firm/intense pressure and boy did I get it. I left there feeling like a million bucks, and I honestly feel it helped my body through surgery, and now I am 24 hours post op, and oh so thankful that I took the time to self care and prepare! I will be back for post op massage as soon as I’m able! Thank you for helping me on my wellness journey!

Don’t let the facade fool. When I arrived to Lalai Day Spa at first I was not sure I was in the right location. But as soon I entered thru the door I was transported to a very tranquil environment. The massage therapist was very attentive to my trouble areas and matching my ailments with the right essential oils. Thirty minutes was definitely not enough for this experience but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. If I was a local I would definitely get one of their massage packages. Totally recommend everyone checking this place out.

I have followed Barinda (the owner) wherever she worked and now she has her own business where she has hand selected the best of the best to work with her. I just went to her new spot, Lalaia Day Spa and had another wonderful experience. Highly recommend this business and I love getting a Thai massage (they have all types). They also have gift certificates, which makes for a great birthday or holiday gift.
