Lakeside Massage Spa

Had a 90-min session of Hydro Circulating Steam Head Therapy at Lakeside Massage SPA. The experience was relaxing, and my scalp felt so refreshed! The steam was warm and soothing, and the staff was kind. I’ll definitely try more services here. Really worth it!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Upon arriving with my mother, we were greeted rudely. At first the masseuse wasn’t even there. Eventually she showed up 10 minutes late to a 30 minute session. When she came in, we were about to pay for the service and she asked if we’d pay tip now or later. since my mom was paying she said now, the massage for 30 minutes was $50 and there was a 6.6% card fee. My mom said she’d tip to round the number to $56 (a little more than $3). The masseuse got furious and started yelling at my mother $3, that’s it? you need to tip 20% ($10). My mother said that was unreasonable to demand a tip, especially since the service hadn’t even been started. I felt uneasy about that place to begin with since it looks shady, so I told my mom let’s just go and I muttered seriously under my breath (I know, not exactly helpful), but then she started yelling at us again about $3 not being respectful and almost followed us out to my car screaming at us. I am a 21 year old cardiac patient recovering from a heart attack I had 2 months ago and my mom and I were looking for a place to go to for a weekly routine massage to help regulate my blood pressure. It’s sad to see that her ego and pride made her lose out on a potential regular customer. Tip culture in this country is ridiculous and to demand money without producing a service is insane!! A tip is for going above and beyond in your services and at the customer’s discretion.

Water circulation steam head spa is so cool! So I drove by this massage place called Lakeside Massage Spa on my way home after work today. It was raining, and I was having so much back pain. I wanted a massage. So I walked into this place. They recommend the water circulation steam head spa, and I was like, why not? I had a lot of headache recently due to the stress from school. They told me head massage may ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, and promote hair growth. The girl was so professional, and the head massage was so relaxing. I fell asleep. One hour later, they woke me up, and I felt my stress was all gone. My body is a lot lighter. I really love it so much, will definitely come back! Haha I felt so good about my life again! Highly recommend!

I went in for a 60 min full body massage and a 30 min steam hydration for the head. I had a great massage. I thought the hydration steam was just okay though. The masseuse washed my hair twice and had hot steam running through it with light head massage and then a blow dry. The whole process seemed excessive- although it was peaceful, I probably won't get it again. As for the massage, the pressure was just right and the masseuse did a great job working on my body and the hot stones and hot towel were perfect 👌. Highly reccommend the body massage from Lakeside.

Lakeside Massage SPA is wonderful! I booked a couples massage, and we both enjoyed the experience immensely. The room was cozy and private, and the massages were tailored to our preferences. Great for a special occasion or just to unwind.

The head massage at Lakeside Massage Spa is a must-try! The steam head spa was so unique and relaxing. The therapist was very professional, and she didn’t rush at all—she gave me the full hour and even went a bit extra to make sure I was fully relaxed. The spa is clean, organized, and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back!
