Amber was my service provider, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. She was kind, professional, and incredibly skilled—making sure I felt relaxed and pampered the entire time. Was taken to Kneading relief by my sister for my birthday. First time at this location. Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, they were already expecting me. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was seen promptly at my set time. The private room was serene, smelt great and had some calm music in the background. The bed was heated and very comfortable. Masseuse was very nice. She did a great job with the deep tissue massage. Alleviated the tension in my shoulders and back. Will be going back.

They are soo pleasant, attentive and informative. I felt so at ease and helped. Came out feeling pampered and refreshed. They recommended sinus massage bc of my sinuses was amazing.

I called Kneaded Relief after dealing with a few knots in my neck and shoulder for over a week. The receptionist booked me with Zarya and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She is incredibly skilled and was able to work out the knots. I left there feeling so much better. I’m beyond grateful this place is close to home - will definitely be back!

My first visit at Kneaded Relief in Southgate with Emily was great. I got the sport massage due to feeling beaten up and off from recently starting to working out.
