Received a facial and foot detox yesterday with McKenzie. It was amazing! Her hospitality was top notch. She explained everything to me, answered all my questions, giving appropriate suggestions for products and allowed me to relax and enjoy my session! Very thorough and personable.. would highly recommend :)

horrible experience. sickness is something no one on this earth can control and yeah things do happen but as a business you need to learn how to put others in consideration ESPECIALLY when it’s your customers. i have a very bad sickness the morning of my appointment and i had explained to her what had happened and she left me a very ignorant text message disregarding what i was saying in the moment of my sickness. when i texted her on instagram she told me to give her my number so we could shift the conversation on there and everything was good but she never told me her policies NONE, and out of the blue she send me and invoice of $100 plus tax which is completely insane for just a cancellation fee. i am very disappointed in this experience and thought i was going to have good service which is far from what i experienced. if you want to go somewhere that actually cares about customer care then you should go someplace elsewhere.

1st time customer at KJ Relaxin Medical Spa and I definitely will be back! Today I received eyebrow tinting and wax service from Mckenzie. She provided such a relaxing experience and educated me the eyebrow services, she offered. Mckenzie does amazing work! I highly recommend! I can't stop looking at my eyebrows!

My daughter came down with the flu less that 24 hours before her appointment. I told her to rest all day, and stay off of any electronics. She ended up forgetting about her appointment, I told her to call or text them to see if she could cancel it. They ended up replying with an ignorant message. Then they charged us $100 plus taxes and other fees. I get it might have been an inconvenience, but really $100?!? She also was not warned about this fee ahead of time. I hope this problem gets fixed, as sickness is something we cannot control.
