All I can say is wow. This was my first time trying out a sauna/ice plunge and honestly, I was super nervous about it. It actually turned out to be a super cool and relaxing experience. I haven't felt this calm/relaxed in a long time.
The ambience is very elevated and nice. When you enter the spa, there is a large table with seats for people to sit down and enjoy some tea or light bites.
In the facilities, you have access to a dry sauna, steam sauna, locker room, ice baths and showers. There is also the option to get a massage for an additional price. Definitely worth trying this experience out at least once if you're interested!

I absolutely love European sauna and spa experiences, and Kelo offers some of the best service I’ve found in this area.
**Pros:**
- The young woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.
- The spa is spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
- Both the steam room and sauna were fantastic, offering a true sense of relaxation.
- There’s an abundance of soft towels, along with a comfortable robe and flip-flops provided.
- The spa has a spacious lounge area, and I noticed a wide selection of drinks and food available (though I didn’t order anything during my visit).
**Cons:**
- The spa area itself is somewhat small, particularly the steam room, which led to a bit of a wait to get in.
- I was hoping to receive a service but was told to wait 20 minutes, and unfortunately, no one showed up, so I eventually gave up.
- It would be great if there were a way to book services or sign up for a time slot in advance, making the experience smoother. Overall, Kelo is definitely worth checking out. Despite a few small drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’ll likely return.

Kelo Spa does it right! All you have to do is show up with no bags or supplies. They will provide you everything from towels to shampoo to sandals to hair dryer. Bring nothing extra.
The ambience is authentic yet modern. They also have a light kitchen and I ordered pilmeni, fresh squeezed juice. All delicious.
In the facilities, you have access to a dry sauna (Banya), steam sauna, locker room, ice baths and showers.
Boston is lucky to have Kelo Spa!

First time going to a banya in my life, it was the greatest experience to do it here ever. Very clean and nice area, very beautiful. You get a key for a locker to put your clothes and such and they provide towels, slippers, and robes as you need. There's a dry and a wet sauna, and then two ice baths. There are three showers, and then a lobby that is hidden from the front entrance that has TVs, food, really comfortable chairs, and a great time.
I would highly recommend this place, and if I lived in the area I would become a weekly visitor.

I finally had the chance to visit Kelo Spa, which I've been trying to do since they first announced their opening back in early 2023. There were some issues in the beginning which caused delays, and then I moved to another state. Just a week after I moved, Kelo Spa officially opened and started welcoming guests. I convinced most of my friends to try this place and we even had several corporate events and meetings there, but I still couldn't make it.
Every time I came to Boston, I either had a busy schedule or it was on women's bath days, so I had to wait almost a year to finally get there. And let me tell you, this place is not your average bathhouse (banya). It's clear that a lot of thought, love and effort has been invested into creating something special and completely new in the Boston spa market.
From the stylish lamps and room finishes at the entrance and throughout the facility, to the pleasant smell, cleanliness, lighting and sound, everything exudes relaxation and luxury. The relaxation area is perfect, with pleasant music and comfortable chairs, and no distracting TV programs. The cuisine is also exceptional, especially the pelmini served with bread, garlic and sour cream, all beautifully presented on a stylish plate with matching cutlery.
The changing rooms are a delight, with a convenient key and number system, towels, bathrobes, slippers and a huge selection of personal care products. There are shelves to store shoes, hang things and put small items like keys and phones, making everything very convenient for customers.
As for the steam room itself, it's perfect. It's hard to describe, but it's an experience you have to try for yourself. The wood-fired stove is a rare feature, and having two of them ensures that even if people go back and forth a lot and let the hot air out, the temperature recovers quickly. The aroma oils sprayed on the stones by a bathhouse employee make for an unparalleled aroma in the steam room.
When you leave the steam room, you can immediately wash yourself in a shower or take a dip in an ice font, creating an amazing contrast. Overall, Kelo Spa sets a high standard for all new establishments in the city, and I really hope they develop and expand to other locations. I highly recommend it to everyone, except those to whom it may be contraindicated.

This place is amazing. Highly recommended. Great atmosphere, great customer service, and very affordable. If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself and spend some quality time, this is it. We had a great experience (party of 3). We enjoyed a bottle of wine, got some snacks, and disconnected for a good 3 hours, enjoying the sauna, steam, and iceplunge. I will be booking my next visit soon.

I recently returned to Kelo Spa and would love to share my experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The spa seemed fully booked, and I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of guests. It was fascinating to hear others share their sauna experiences from around the world—Canada, Iceland, Turkey. Many guests compared and complimented Kelo Spa, which speaks volumes about its quality.
I opted for the platza treatment, and I highly recommend this as a must-try for anyone visiting Kelo Spa. The therapist was excellent, and her expertise made the experience both soothing and invigorating. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely recharged.
Overall, Kelo Spa continues to impress, offering not only top-notch treatments but also a warm, multicultural environment that enhances the entire experience.
