If you’re looking for a soothing way to pamper yourself and you melt like I do when getting your hair washed at the salon, look no further than this head spa. I cannot recommend this place enough! The spa is spotless and has a luxurious and thoughtful setup. The staff were all consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. First, a scalp analysis is performed to help determine the most appropriate treatment you should receive. Then, you enter the spa room, which is divided in half by a thick curtain for privacy. Come dressed in comfortable clothes as you will take your top off to change into a robe that secures around your torso. Your body is then enveloped in a comfortable blanket to keep warm throughout the session, legs wrapped with a sequential compression device to keep the blood flowing, and the head spa begins. When I say that your scalp is thoroughly taken care of, I mean every inch of it. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could have stayed there forever. Grace did a phenomenal job, and my friend had glowing reviews for her scalp masseuse Tiffany. My scalp felt minty clean and wonderfully tingly upon leaving (I had the clean mint treatment), and even for the days following my treatment! I can’t wait to return, and will certainly be spreading the word!

What a lovely way to start my Saturday morning! My fiancé surprised me with an 80 minute authentic Korean head massage. I’ve honestly been wanting to do this for a long time and Kaie Head Spa did not disappoint. Ludia started the session with a nice short consultation with live scalp images and I was pleasantly educated on maintaining better scalp care, even bought their product. Next was Gina who I highly recommended. She made my experience very calm, relaxing, and overall rejuvenating. Her attention to details were much appreciated, the hot stone massage melted my tensions away, I loved the waterfall and I even fell asleep for a few minutes during my session. I was in pure bliss and will be returning! Thank you so much team 🫶🏼✨

Great head/scalp massage experience. I felt pampered. However, before the actual service when I got my scalp scan or whatever it is called, the person who read my results said that I had dandruff. Sure, I never considered that I had dandruff. She then proceeded to say “you know dandruff is a fungus.” My worst nightmare, as I am actually afraid of fungi. It was on my mind until I got home and did some research that actually dandruff is not a fungus, but it is CAUSED BY A NATURALLY OCCURRING FUNGUS that everyone has! I thought this misinformation was pretty silly and shouldn’t happen at a place that are supposed to be *professionals* and charges as much as they do for a service.

I had my first head spa experience and it was amazing. I went bc of hair loss but it is such a calming and yet invigorating experience. Crystal was outstanding and was so dedicated to the full experience for me. Strong yet caring hands that are magical and almost medicinal. I plan to go back again the next time I get a hair cut at the sister salon. I was quite impressed with them too! Dan was so careful and great with my hair!!

Finally found an authentic Korean head spa in the area! They use all organic products and very good machine from Korean. Highly recommended. My hair and scalp feel very refreshed and nutritious after the treatment. And you got some good massage as well. The therapist is super professional and caring. Don’t miss it.

Treated my mom (and myself!) to an early Mother's Day 80-min head spa treatment here and loved the experience from start to finish. With only two appts per time slot, you really feel the intimate setting and completely catered to. Seeing the before and after images of my scalp was amazing and my hair literally felt lighter and had more body since all the gunk was removed, and it was such a relaxing process on top of it. Highly recommend!
