I have had three wonderful experiences at Joseph’s so far and I can’t wait to keep going back and telling others about them. Joseph’s really stands out due to the kindness of all of the staff, the thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout (think coat check in the rain, delicious hot tea, and of course the hand ritual), and of course the high quality services. I’ve had a my nails done, facials, and my hair cut and look forward to booking more of the services they offer. While everyone I have seen there has been amazing my facials with Meagan have been such a highlight; she is understanding, gentle, and leaves my skin glowing! Additionally, my most recent haircut with Rachel was PERFECT. I am so happy with how my hair came out.

Last two visits very minimal service provided. Tech was very nice but not to skilled in area of pedicures. Chair massage broken ( which I love when getting pedicure) initially water cold upon placing feet in massage tub had to ask for hot water. It was as if water had been sitting a while and turned cool. Barely knew how to trim toe nails appropriately very timid in providing pedicure. I felt as though all she did was wash my feet and polish toenails. I was kind and gave her 8.00 tip bc I didn't want to discourage her in her job role. However going forward I can't afford to receive bare minimum service I do not have cash to waste and not get my money's worth at least some of it. I will think about my next visit there and if I should return or try another spa. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience there.

I had the Aveda Salt Glow treatment. My skin feels so hydrated and smooth. Hannah did a great job. Her shoulder, hand and foot massage was excellent and so relaxing. It is always a relaxing experience at Joseph's. The only negative it can take months to get an appointment. Also, massages are not booked for people who aren't their regular customers.

Had my wedding hair done by Amanda. No trial or anything, gave her a few pictures, and she worked her artistry. The hair stayed in all night and I had many comments on how soft, flowing, elaborate yet timeless and simple the style looked. I went without a veil in the end because my hair looked THAT good.
