5 stars for Emily and Allison who did makeup and hair for me today. They both did a wonderful job and continuously asked for my approval throughout their work. Emily has done makeup for 3 special occasions for me now, and I will always recommend her work. Allison did a tremendous and WONDERFUL job, especially considering this was my 1st appointment with her. Extra stars for the young ladies at the reception desk who made my greeting and checkout an extremely pleasant experience. A great job all around… every business would be lucky to have employees who provide such excellent services!

I have been coming to Jiva for several years for my pedicures. They have comfortable massaging chairs, jetted water bowls and lots of extras. Tiffany is your girl. :) Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Jiva. The girls are so nice and welcoming and they offer drinks and the atmosphere there is very welcoming! They do so much there and I recommend going to Jiva. Allison J did an amazing job on my hair and did it exactly like I wanted. For all of your hair needs go see her!!

I believe a young lady named Tiffany helped me with my hair. I have super thin, fine hair. She was amazing to make it look fuller, and help me with some really good products to help my scalp.

Signed up for a Deluxe pedicure, supposed to be 2 hrs. I used to come monthly for these until they kept constantly cancelling my appointments the day before. I got a $20 off coupon so figured I’d give it another go. Here we are, not even an hour in and this girl is in such a rush I actually had to ask if they don’t do the exfoliating anymore as she skipped it. She then did both feet in less than 6 minutes YIKES. My massage (both feet and legs took less than 12 minutes). I’m done, actually pissed I have to pay for this mess. I’ve been doing a better job myself at home. Save your time and money. The girl that checked me out did so without saying a word to me. She was on her phone the whole time. They used to ask how everything was, if you wanted to set up another appointment, etc. service was nonexistent. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Allison! I have very thick hair that was permed about 6 months ago (by a different salon). Unfortunately, the perm went wrong and not only damaged my hair, but only permed half my of head. Due to this, I wanted to get my hair repaired and feel beautiful. Allison from Jiva did a botanical hair repair treatment and finished the appointment with some curls so that all of my hair looked even. I loved it! She was very knowledge and is very personable. She listened to my hair history and seemed to really care about repairing my hair damage. I will be booking with her again!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, offered a selection of waters and then enjoyed my service. Escorted back to the front of the salon, consulted on what products were used and then paid. Top notch!
