Kalea was incredible!! She was so kind and welcoming, I felt very comfortable right from the start. The massage was so relaxing and my scalp feels so fresh and rejuvenated. She knew exactly how hard/ soft to press in certain areas of my back as I have spots that are very sensitive. It was a perfect way to enjoy my birthday. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Was seen by Kalea who was very gentle and also thorough. During the facial, she also gave me a massage on my arms and was kind enough to ask if that would be OK as well as how the pressure was. When I came in, the receptionist had also recommended the basic facial, which was the hydra facial so that it could be a starting point for future services or facials that I get anywhere. I appreciated his thorough analysis of my skin, just by looking at it as well as his suggestion. Overall, the facial lasted for as much time as they had mentioned and despite the exterior of how the location looks, I highly highly recommend getting facials here. I’ve had many different kinds of facials from Los Gatos and Campbell to other ones within San Jose, some Indian, some Vietnamese, some spirulina, basically all kinds since I’m really big on skin care. That being said, this is definitely one of the places I would recommend for facials if you are in San Jose or the South Bay.

Tina and Hannah were amazing! They were so kind, always making sure we were comfortable. Each time Hannah was going to do something, she explained what she was about to. The massages were incredible, and their attention to detail was above and beyond! I'm only visiting from Seattle—but if I ever come back to SJ, I would revisit them again! The best head spa experience I've ever had.

Outstanding experience. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the treatment itself is incredible. My therapist was Kalea and she was fantastic - professional, soothing, and skilled. I did the full 1 hr and 30 minute experience - can’t think of a better way to be pampered. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely go back again.

I had a great experience with Ella!!! Super sweet and comforting. She made me feel relaxed. I didn't get to enjoy the foot soak because I thought I was going to do that after the initial spa experience and not before. Overall I still give it a 10 out of 10. Will definitely come again and bringing my family. Thank you. Also, My hair smells great and is so soft as well

I had an AMAZING experience at this spa. I got the Jen's Signature Treatment and it was 100% worth every penny. The room was clean and the masseuse was very sweet and kind. The massage pressure was perfect and I loved the hot stones. The facial massage felt so good and my skin feels so soft and smooth. The scalp treatment was unreal! I've never felt my hair as soft as it was leaving the spa. My sister got the Deep Scalp Treatment and she is also raving about it. We both had the same experience and would come back!

Jen head spa went above and beyond my expectations. I did the deep scalp therapy treatment and my hair has never felt softer. There were many unexpected add ons such as shoulder and hand massage, foot bath, and blow dry. The environment was also very comfortable and relaxing. This establishment is great value for money. I would definitely recommend and plan to be back soon!

It's a small shop but the atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American with 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine (although the technician could not tell me what type of products they were) and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set and the technician gave me short full blow dry so it worked out. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!
